I really like the way that the team can be autonomous with their use of the card. Instead of me being "Here's your reward for your hard work" it gives the team the chance to say "This is how I want to be rewarded" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd love to have the option of split payments when I have leftover rewards. Being limited in the sense I can't move my funds to my personal debit and being forced into a smaller transaction can be a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy and painless to use the card, easy to check the balance for the card, and getting the digital card added to my google wallet was a very fast and easy process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the flexibility in programs and the fact that we're able to set an amount for each of them. Also love that, as a startup, there isn't a minimum amount of people needed to kick off. What I like the most about PerkUp is that I, the employee receiving the perk, can choose where I allocate the funds that I receive every month—having the ability to decide whether I would like to spend on groceries or my bills, etc. It's impressive and helpful in terms of being considered a "perk".
