- Got designs wrong
- Delivery went to the wrong location and got stuck in customs in Japan (???)
- Low and late responsiveness from account manager, and when responded, not giving helpful updates, resulting in most of our delivery items not arriving or arriving after event ended
- Having to deal with issues with customs even after our event ended, with zero support from PerkUp
