It's a really easy-to-use and intuitive platform that the staff can navigate very easily. Managers can also see the feedback that's being shared within their teams. It's also been very straightforward to set up, with a very easy process for new starters, and allows us to set the right access levels. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** I think it does work very well. Of course, I would always like more variety when it comes to the discounts. The couple of the processes are a little bit clunky in the fact that you have to buy reward cards and then, vouchers, so that can be a little bit clunky. Also, I like it to be integrated with some of our platforms to increase visibility on what they're doing as well because the managers can see the kudos and the congratulations and thank yous, if they log in to the platform. Additionally, I wish there was a more flexible system for automatically assigning different amounts of perk points to colleagues based on their tenure.
