It's excellent for annual/mid year reviews. These platforms allow employees & management to access and check where the employees need to improve & in what areas in which the employees are successful. Perform yard is accessible at any time, making it convenient for employees and management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

I wouldn't say there are any downfalls to Perform Yard. My biggest issue would probably be remembering my login information. It would be better if Perform Yard sent reminders to employees and management follow up to ensure the employee is improving in any crucial areas of improvement. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

It's been so easy to input feedback and to receive feedback and the data is structured really well. I've had experiences with low software solutions used for performance reviews (microsoft word) and high end software solutions and I think perform yard is very intuitive and easy to use. It is wasy to use and the more it is implemented i feel that it would increase the frequency of use. There are numerous features to keep us engaged and of course support is always available.
