It's excellent for annual/mid year reviews. These platforms allow employees & management to access and check where the employees need to improve & in what areas in which the employees are successful. I wouldn't say there are any downfalls to Perform Yard. My biggest issue would probably be remembering my login information. It would be better if Perform Yard sent reminders to employees and management follow up to ensure the employee is improving in any crucial areas of improvement. It's been so easy to input feedback and to receive feedback and the data is structured really well. I've had experiences with low software solutions used for performance reviews (microsoft word) and high end software solutions and I think perform yard is very intuitive and easy to use. It allows an employee or employer to manage a connection with each other for a more efficient work environment. It is wasy to use and the more it is implemented i feel that it would increase the frequency of use. There are numerous features to keep us engaged and of course support is always available.
