What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

The system is customizable to fit the needs of your organization's performance management process. My organization used many of its capabilities including self-assessments, goal management, and the feedback function. The Customer Success Manager was also available to answer any questions we had and helped us impliment many new processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

PerformYard is customizable and allows companies to tailor the review forms to their process. In addition, the functionality of the software allows our managers and staff to use this tool throughout the entire review year. The feedback tool is super helpful and the ability to store documents is a time saver. I also love the ability for both employees and managers to be able to collaborate on goal setting and update throughout the year. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?
