Anchin has always had a manual system so using an electronic system in itself has made our life much easier. Our account representative has been very patient walking us through the processes and always has recommendations to make things better. This was my first time using this system and my first review with my company for my first-year anniversary. Initially, I was hesitant and mainly felt unprepared, but the system made it so easy to use that I got it done in record time. Our customer success manager was integral to our success in utilizing PerformYard for our annual performance reviews. The platform has a lot of functionality. This gives us a lot of flexibility and opportunity to customize, however, it can also be overwhelming. Her guidance helped get us started. Our CSM was very well versed in the product platform. The one piece that I felt we could have used more of was industry HR guidance around the performance review forms, ie: best practices. We are a small company who prioritizes employee satisfaction, but we do not have a large HR team. Industry guidance around best ways to administer reviews and have one on one conversations with employees to develop good working relationships is always of interest.
