What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

Anchin has always had a manual system so using an electronic system in itself has made our life much easier. Our account representative has been very patient walking us through the processes and always has recommendations to make things better. It is a very easy tool to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

There are no downsides to the program. The downside comes from the staff who just don't want to use systems. I find if we initiate the evaluations on their behalf they get done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

This was my first time using this system and my first review with my company for my first-year anniversary. Initially, I was hesitant and mainly felt unprepared, but the system made it so easy to use that I got it done in record time. I love the ability to save your work and then return and put in your additional thoughts. Overall, PerformYard was a delightful experience! Thank you so much for asking me to share! What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

I have not signed off on my review yet, but if that goes as easily as putting in my information, I would say that I did not experience any areas I disliked. Simple, straightforward, user-friendly, and a true time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

I could submit it on time, thanks to the reminder emails I received. It helped me keep on track and was a long enough time before the due date that I could enter as I went along with my job.

While I am not in management with my current company, I have led many teams in the past. I can't tell you the number of hours I spent reviewing, rewriting, wrangling my staff to submit on a timely basis, and more. PerformYard seems more than capable of resolving all of these pain points. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

Our customer success manager was integral to our success in utilizing PerformYard for our annual performance reviews. The platform has a lot of functionality. This gives us a lot of flexibility and opportunity to customize, however, it can also be overwhelming. Her guidance helped get us started. Our CSM was very well versed in the product platform. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

The one piece that I felt we could have used more of was industry HR guidance around the performance review forms, ie: best practices. We are a small company who prioritizes employee satisfaction, but we do not have a large HR team. Industry guidance around best ways to administer reviews and have one on one conversations with employees to develop good working relationships is always of interest.
