I really like how easy it is to both give feedback and request feedback. I simply have to select who I want feedback from within my company, and Performyard takes care of the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love the consistency that PerformYard has brought to our growing Organization. PerformYard has given us a tool for our employees to have clear visibility into our corporate goals amongst how important their contributions are. Likewise, it gives the employees an opportunity to create goals for themselves and see their growth plans. Prior to using PerformYard, there was an assortment of PDP's being used and not being brought to top level visibility. Now, we can put a pulse on our company culture and growth. PerformYard makes performance management easy. Platform was fairly easy to set up, training provided was excellent upon onboarding and support continues to be outstanding. Best part, it makes it easy for managers to track progress in employees' performance. An excellent tool to set goals and guarantee a solid foundation for strong company culture. It is great to be able to provide feedback and share it to our Slack channel. Also, being able to solicit feedback is a tool I hope we start to use frequently. I like being able to see quickly from my dashboard what assigned reviews are outstanding. The personalized onboarding was super helpful as well and got us up to speed quickly! I cannot figure out how to have two authors on a form without requiring two people to author a form. For example, I'd like for managers and employees to be able to write notes after they have checked in on goals without making both required.
