What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

PerformYard is perfect for our small business.

It is agile and flexible, meaning we can adapt each stage of the performance cycle to suit and year on year it can look different depending on business priorities. There are multiple segments in the platform that are all relevant to us, but we dont have to use them all at once, meaning the teams can get used to the core functionality first. You can make changes directly yourself, it's so easy to use and you don'thave to wait for anyone else to do it for you.

The implementation team (Jack) has been superb through out. Nothing is too much trouble, super responsive and helpful at every step. I could not be more impressed with his system knowledge and professionalism. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

The only negative is that there are not any settings for accessibility e.g. those with sight difficulties. Some of the boxes / fields are very lightly coloured making it hard for some colleagues to manoveure through the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

Setup of the application was great, the assistance we got from the team at PerformYard could not have been more accomodating. Not only did this help us learn the platform, but also ensure that it was configured according to our specific needs. The automation, and the ability to set review schedules well ahead of time has been a huge timesaver over the highly manual process we had previously. Employees are engaged, and we have opportunities to add additional review types to our existing process now that we have used it for a while. It's flexible, powerful, and effective. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

It can be a little challenging to know where to go when making changes to elements that have already been set up. While the built in help is useful, given the importance of performance management it's always a bit nerve wracking to make changes. That said, this limitation is overcome with the excellent support we get from the PerformYard team. They are quick to respond, effective, and always take the time to take you through the process to ensure you have the ability to make changes in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PerformYard has automated the manual process we used to have for employee performance management. This has solved a host of challenges: First, it saves management time. Second, we have great records in the system of previous goals set for the member of staff - and with the automation, both the employee and management can stay on top of progress made on goals set during the performance review, which builds accountability.
