What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

I realllllly like PerformYard Performance due to the fact that is a great want of completing yearly self review for the company. I like how easy it is to navigate through the system and how each of our employee are able to get to this profile with ease. I like that the customer service is prompt and availble when I need a question to answered. Joe is amazing! What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

I especially like how easy it is to do performance reviews through PerformYard. When I started my newest job, I was told we would be doing quarterly self-reviews and manager reviews. At first, I found the idea very intimidating, but with PerformYard, I was surprised by how easy it was. After my manager and I both fill out our portions of the reviews, we go over them together, sign off on them, and we're done. Just as easy as that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

We are usually given a large time frame to complete our self-reviews due to how packed our schedule is. I don't particularly appreciate getting so many reminder emails; I wish there was a way to change the frequency of those reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think the biggest problem PerformYard solves is providing a simple question/answer method of completing our reviews and helps with tracking goals that are set by both my manager and me during our respective reviews. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

The dashboard offers a quick glance at all available tasks, reviews, goals and feedback. The feedback piece is something I use often. I regularly want my team and company to know when someone is doing great and really excelling in their role. I also enjoy the Goals area. We did not have a way of tracking feedback or goals before. This tool allows me to see my goals by quarter and annually so I can easily report out to my leadership.
