I enjoy being able to refer back to my goals, the CR system is accessible and user friendly. It supports a reflective and positive supervision when you give and recieve supervision

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Sometimes some bugs when conversation dates need to be changed- doesn't allow editing or won't save new conversation dates. This could definitely use improvement.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have enjoyed using clear review for my own supervision and when supervising others. Positive supervision due to the prompts. Supports a very reflective process when using.

Basically, it's solving the problem of tracking a record of our objective. Earlier, we used to maintain using ONE NOTE.

Clear and straightforward way to give and receive feedback from colleagues.
Easy to create objectives for review and agreement
I've not looked at competitors for some time so can't comment on how it compares

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Sometimes the simplicity of the system can be frustrating
As we grow, there's functionality within the system that would be useful e.g. 360 as we're keen to introduce this to the organisation and at the moment, should we do that we would need to buy in another platform

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to solve a feedback culture which is important for us as a business and to some extent it helps with driving objective setting although culturally this could be better

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

The platform is straightforward and easy to use, both for our administrators and our users. Our customer success manager is responsive, personable, and understanding of our needs and complexities and supports us to work with and around these.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Most of the downsides are things the team are already working on. At the moment, it doesn't work together with our other systems as well as it could, but I understand that this is being worked on and continuously developed.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a central platform to store all aspects of performance management is ensuring consistency across our business as well as improving engagement with the process from both our managers and our employees.

it does exactly what it says on the tin. It brings personal development reviews into the 21st century - instead of bits of paper you look at once a year it puts objects,  tasks and reminders in electronic means

Better integration with  outlook for booking meetings - It doesn't matter thou we just book meetings outside of the system

Objectives can be brought front and centre anywhere

Ease of use has made it much easier to gather actionable employee data

Provides convinient access to past performance data that help with review process

The system help us stay in time with what's going on with everybody and if people are struggling we can go in and solve that

I use another program for payroll.i wish we could do everything in clear Review

You can't afford not to think about Clear Review , unless you are not doing performance reviews. It is the easiest way to do performance management because it's flexible and intuitive

Being able to send and receive recognition has made it possible to integrate everyone's workflow

Communication is open and managers are unblocking anything that is preventing employees from being productive

Everything is clearly signposted and easy to use. if we have any questions then they are promptly answered by the  customer service department asap

- The user experience is simple enough that we don't offer any formal training in how to use Clear Review for new joiners
- Buttons stand out, making it easy to navigate
- Customer success manager is friendly, competent and has worked hard to maintain a good professional relationship

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

- Reporting can be confusing. For example, reporting on the number of current objectives and the correct time frame to use for these
- I'm concerned that the recent take over by Advanced will lead to some of the responsiveness from, and access to, Clear Review employees disappearing

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an easy-to-use platform is critical for successful performance management at my organisation. The problem of "yet another platform" is somewhat cancelled out by ease of use. When manipulated correctly, the reporting function can be used to inform and support promotional processes.

Some features require you to really understand all different functions since they are not self explanatory

Clear Review is absolute the fit software that does not require a lot of training and that people are going to adapt pretty quickly

Comforting in fact that if I have an issue or problem I won't be left in the dark,I will be able to get ahold of somebody and I will get a response 
Managers can write reviews easily because they can see exactly what employees did months prior without having to try and remember it themselves

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

The number one reason I chose this system to help my company manage performance was the customizable features. It is great having the ability to modify the language, look, and feel of the system to align with my company and our values. I love how straightforward and easy the system is for users. It does not take a lot of clicks to get where you want to go. I appreciate the improvements that have been released and how the company strives to create the best product for its customers.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

I wish the email templates and reporting features were more customizable. I've shared this feedback and hope to see that be available in the future.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clear Review helped me bring continuous performance management to my organization. We have real-time feedback and no more paper! Employees have ownership of their development and online tools to support that. We launched Clear Review right at the start of the pandemic which proved to be an integral tool for connection since we are all working remote. Continuous performance management has helped leaders address poor performance quicker and engaged employees in goal setting and performance conversations.

Simple and easy to use, particularly the feedback function. As an employer, Clear Review are good at listening to requests from the business and adapting the programme where needed.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Some of the objective setting interfaces can be confusing, but I feel that's more likely the result of how we have set the Contribution Criteria and Proposed Learning Methods as a business.

**Recommendations to others considering OneAdvanced Performance and Talent:**

Ensure you set up the back office aspects in as simple terms as possible - for example, we added far too many Contribution Criteria aspects to attribute to our object setting, which made it very complicated for the end-user.

It helps us when we do our promotions reviews as all the feedback for employees is there ready to go. It also helps us set personal and professional objectives, which are used in review periods, as well as for promotions. Clear Review enables us to keep all that information in one place.

The feature to highlight here is performance analytics, collects real-time data through features like check-ins, feedback and goals. Each employee has a profile that stores all automated performance reports

Took time to input old data into the system and that's the only issue I found that took much of our time than we expected.

They've built in a number of HR features, and specifically, some features for performance management which are especially useful to gather information about employee progress, opinions, and other types of employee feedback

Clear Review helped reduce recency bias, manager burden, and emsured more satisfied review completions. Allowed automation of performance review cycles, drive sustainable performance, and cascade business goals

Straight forward to implement, needs no formal training to use for most users.

Access has been only through SSO or password, and you cannot have some users on SSO and others on password.

The ease of access has increased uptake among managers and employees, so we have been able to bring most employees under this appraisal scheme and have been able to introduce a formal dialogue between employee and manager.

User experience was pretty good, web design is on a high level

Sometimes was getting lost on the page but i guess that's the lack of experience with the product

I've only started now, however it seems to be a great platform for setting up my future goals

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

I love the simplicity and intuitive nature of the system - it is very easy to use, which helps increase adoption within our organization.  Cheryl is a great partner who provides exceptional customer service, keeping us in the loop on system updates and our usage and always responds in a very timely manner. The support team is also extremely responsive if an issue arises.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

We would love to see a MS Teams integration to further increase adoption and usage of different functionalities within Clear Review.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clear Review helped us simplify our Performance Management process. We incorporated quarterly Viewpoints (rather a time-consuming year-end process), which has made the year-end review and calibration process much more streamlined.

Regular meaningful 2 way communication with our team, I now can't image managing a team without a platform to facilitate this empowering activity.

Honestly haven't come across any downsides to using the system.

I get a weekly report that shows the status of everyone on my team.   As a manager, I can look at my other managers and see where they are with their team members.  It saves so much time!  No more taking notes in a file that is only available to the individual manager.  Great system that is set up for confidentiality as well!

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

We were struggling with the objectives, but after a quick call today, I think I have a better handle on how to manage those and how to train my team of managers.  Excited to get this started to see where it can take us!  I think everything will be very clear.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All employee conversations are in one place.  You can tell in a quick snapshot how well your managers are managing and connecting with their team.  I can record any conversation I have with team members.  Not only do we have a record of the conversation, but so does their manager.  Employees also have access to what you've put into Clear Review.  There should be no confusion as to what is expected.  Employees can utilize it to keep track of their action items as well.  Easy to tell if they've completed their actions as well.

Clear Review helps with the below:
- keeping track of individual objectives
- Keeping track of team objectives
- Facilitates giving and receiving of feedback
- Facilitates check-ins (1:1) with team
- The actions page as it helps you to keep track of everything that one needs to do. 
- The reminder emails are also great as they help me keep on track of my own objectives and those of my team as well.
-  As an HR administrator its really for me to keep abreast of the whole organisation and ensure that objectives as top of mind for everyone and that check-ins are being held as scheduled.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

The system is not as intuitive as it could be (particularly the objectives and check-ins homepage) - its generally extremely easy to get the hang of CR however it can be  a bit confusing in the beginning. It would also be great if actions could be assigned to more than 1 person at a time.

**Recommendations to others considering OneAdvanced Performance and Talent:**

Clear Review is one of the easiest products of its kind I have worked with. Very easy to implement and once implemented, it is relatively easy to get the hang of (administrators will have to spend some time training staff on how to use it). It has really helped our organisation to prioritise performance management,

The team is not better able to keep track of their individual objectives, we have one online place where we can keep track of our objectives as an organisation and we are able to give and receive feedback better.

It's really intuitive, easy to use and provides users with a straight forward/no HR jargon way of capturing their performance and development on a regular basis

It's difficult to answer this one as Clear Review always listen and value our feedback!  So, if there was something we disliked or our users would want to look at changing, then the chances are that Clear Review have either go it on their roadmap or have put time in to change it already - it seems to evolve and become better through providing them with insights and feedback from our users!

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We found our annual appraisals becoming less meaningful over time and Clear Review has  provided a tool to help Managers and team members document their ongoing performance and development rather than wait for an annual appraisal.  It suits our organisation given the fast-paced nature of how we work

The ease of use and its 'immediacy' in returning feedback, coaching and support to all of my employees. The equity is brings whereby all employees can have the ability to give constructive feedback to anyone across the team.
The ethos it develops of continuous improvement rather than clunky, stop start appraisal and performance management of old.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

We have not yet discovered a downside that cannot be resolved with our own configuration or a quick phone call to Clear Review.

Ease of use,saves time, increases relevance of information, supports staff...it does everything that we want it to and more.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance management is now seen as relevant and a real driver to continuous improvement. It has allowed 'buy in' from all employees, allowing their contributions to feel worthwhile. It has saved an enormous of time and has stopped meetings that were often very unproductive and backwards looking.

It's easy to use. Training needs are low and people can log right in and get started. Younger staff particularly love it. Able to share feedback across the organization. Able to have multiple managers for one employee.

It isn't customizable enough to earn a high score. We've asked for what I believe to be easy improvements and I've never gotten any information about whether or not they can happen. I just keep getting a "we are considering it" or "maybe in a future update."

Benefit is a central location for feedback and objectives. We still need it to do more.

Objective settings- clear guidelines and detailed structure are putting us on the right path
Professional development- more about the here and now and not 12 months away.
Morale- feedback is a huge support where staff feel empowered by the feedback they receive.
Development- giving employees the opportunity to develop by learning more about their role than just the job.

The system is super straight forward but much more than that I like the ethos of having fantastic, simple check ins focusing on feedback and performance.

Very little!  I  like the system  - one tweak could be to enable you to upload word documents to attach to objectives

You have to have senior level buy in and be clear that it takes time and a cultural approach in terms of regular conversations

The customer support team are brilliant too.  We are looking to help people set clear objectives and the system has been flexible enough that we can change our goals when they change and really dig deep into our data.

Our teams now have clarity of the company goals, their objectives. By using Clear Review we now have consistent 1-1s with all staff which has helped with better communication and engagement. Productivity is increasing.  It's also helped us focus on giving better feedback and improving our skills in having "difficult conversations".
Feedback from our staff on Clear Review is they like it and they too actively use it.

There really isn't anything I dislike.  The admin is easy and intuitive, etc.

Moving away from an annual model with numeric scores is revolutionary.  Objectives that are continuous provide flexibility never before realized.  Employee engagement is increased with feedback capabilities.
