It's a useful tool for centering our career conversations, and allows both parties in the conversation to feel empowered to keep progress updated and action the notes logged. Without a place for that to happen, career conversations can end up being less actionable.

It is clear and easy to use, feedback can be given instantley, and actions/objectives can never be forgotten or ignored.

Nothing, I think it is great. From both my position as a line manager and my teams position, it has really streamlined communication.

The user friendly interface and clear messaging works well for communicating use out to our organisation.  The assistance we received when initially implementing the system was excellent, leading to a smooth rollout.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

The reporting function, particularly in Talent Snapshots, is frustrating. Customer support is now extremely limited.  We started with monthly calls with a fantastic customer success agent and then this was removed .  Support is now extremely limited.

An easy way to manage objectives and support feedback.

Love the feedback part of the system, really encorages recognition.

I am not sure the check-in progess links very well with team calendars, I always end up needing to book a check-in on talktime then a seperate meeting on teams to invite the person and add meeting room.

I am not aware of any problems being solved.

Very easy to use and the layout is very easy to understand. Also very easy to navigate and I'm able to track my performance efficiently. Using this tool really has increased my procutivity at work.

Font can be a little difficult to read at times and would prefer to be more readable. A little bigger and colour a little lighter.

Easy to use, intuitive software. Great that all my performance and talent tools are in one place. Nice integration with Outlook and Teams. Team members love using the software which has made adoption easy.

Need more flexiblity when setting the frequency of catch ups. Performance is slow sometimes.

Simple and easy to use. Plenty of features to engage with. I love the feedback tool and this is handy for reflective work and to support opportunities such as job interviews and reviews.

The Goals section is not as easy to use, i find the closure of goals confusing

I like how organized is every tab, it's easy to identify my current objectives and to make entries often.
Also it was very easy and simple to make requests and receive and give feedback to my peers.

That the objectives that have been completed remain visible. I think they should be archived or sent to history automatically or at least it could ask to confirm if we would like to keep it visible or sent to the history once we complete the objective.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Having used various platforms to support bi-annual appraisals, Clear Review was a breath of fresh air when we transitioned to continuous performance development. The platform is simple in its design, gives you the agility to update objectives whenever needed, is easy to use and therefore engage with, and importantly provides a quality output. The feedback section is my favourite; the ability to give anyone in the company instant feedback that's recorded and visible to their manager is fantastic. This must be managed carefully, and we direct anyone giving constructive feedback to deliver it verbally first, but then record in Clear Review for discussion with their manager and future reference. The team at Advanced have been fantastic; from Sales right through to Customer Success, we've had support every step of the way, and continue to have this over a year since implementation.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

I have submitted a few suggestions for improvement to the team over the past year, including the ability to duplicate objectives, add dates into each deliverable (not just each objective), and the ability to have multiple deliverables attached to an objective that can then be pushed out to certain org units. There does also seem to be some syncing issues with Outlook when conversations get moved outside of the platform, so a sync back into Clear Review would be ideal. These are minor amendments though, nothing that stops me recommending the platform to peers.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clear Review enables agile objectives, in the moment feedback, and provides templates and records for good performance conversations that we can then track and report on. Previous platforms were rigid in their templates, inflexible access that prevented colleagues from engaging in the tool - they did it because they were told they had to, not because they enjoyed it or saw the benefit. The tide has turned with the introduction of Clear Review. Admittedly not everyone is fully engaged yet, but we are absolutely headed in the right direction.

The opportunity to have regular manager checkins is so helpful for career development. It's also really useful to have a place where all your goals are so I can check them at any time. Finally the feedback section is fantastic, being able to offer and receievbe feedback via the system is great as it's gives the chance to see it all in one place.

I think the reporting system could be slicker - it does the basics well like no of check-ins per person but when you get the goals reporting spreadsheets it seems like a lot of information. If it could be split per person or region it would be much easier.

Not having to do annual appraisals saves a lot of time but also makes for a much better employee/manager experience as regular catch ups shows your manager cares more! It also prompts managers to make sure they are havign check-ins whereas it could easily be left without the system.

Advanced clear review is an intuative, easy to use system that makes the switch to continuous performance management effortless. The system allows you to capture goals, actions and regular conversations in one place. The ability to pre-schedule conversations, makes the process easier for line managers too. As an organisaiton we have also found the Talent Snapshot feature in Advanced Clear Review to be extremely valuable for us to assess the talent within our business.

We have been using the system for over 2 years now, and I can't say there's anything i dislike about the tool. It's important for organisations implementing the system to make sure the focus is on the importance of the conversation and that the system is just there to support and capture the conversation/goals

My personal goal after finishing the Leadership Essentials programme was to improve feedback within the laboratory. It's easy to use Clear Review as a place to document feedback and appreciation, as well as to note improvements and potential future steps with each team member. It also provides a framework for discussion topics that I can use when I meet with my team.

Due to the need for team buy-in, it may require governance if not used corectly. Depending on your team, this may or may not be simpler to execute

Users need to remeber that this system is there to support the review process and not to replace it. It can be come too impersonal if everything is done though an online system. In-person reviews are also needed and the system supports these.

I like that you can easily search for all staff members and select the correct one, leaving a positive comment with an area for development.  I also like that you can create a word cloud with a click of a button to see all the feedback qualities.

The one thing I dislike about Clear Review is the difficulty in using the Expectations and Goals section. I find the layout challenging to navigate and to input information in the correct areas; I feel the labels/requirements should be more transparent.

It solves the problem of providing and receiving feedback, allowing all staff to be a part of a positively recognised community with a record to keep of the successes throughout the year; without this, I feel that feedback would get lost. I like everything, the ability to track conversations with management, the ability for colleagues to give thanks for all the effort we're putting in, and whilst I've not used it yet, the ability to suggest things others might be able to do, to improve. Our work is in depth/complex, so having the option to create a word cloud is great - the insight this gives shows your strengths and made me realise I do a lot more than I thought/what the job spec entails. Our business provide award ceremonies/trips out and I was invited to the first of these, from the feedback I've gained via this system - so I could not be more happy. Thank you.

I like the versatile options I have as a leader to create a dialogue with my team around their performance. I can set objectives with them, give them feedback, and learn about their reflections periodically.

I think the downside is that it can feel beuarocratic and can be misused by leaders who aren't sensitive enough or clear around how to use the tool. It's so important to remember that this is just a tool to create dialogue.

User Friendly - The program is easy to use and navigate.
Integrated - I like how it integrates well with Outlook, meaning that changes or updates to my schedule easily travel to my calendar.
Helps to Keep Focus - A steady list of goals keeps me and my boss more focused.

One challenge relates back to integration. Although you can update your calendar through ClearReview, it does not go the other way around, meaning that if I need to update a meeting, I need to do this through ClearReview only.
Another challenge relates to Administrative access. Currently, only our corporate team can update or check if users have been added or deleted. This may be more of an internal issue for my company.

Keeping my focus. During the year, so many priorities come up, and it can be easy for the yearly goals to slide to the wayside. This tool is effective and easy to use. Intuitive and a must have for busy leaders with direct reports.  Reminders, prompts, records and the ability to reflect and revisit goals, objectives, targets and overall wellbeing for staff.

Working online/in real time is fine unless you have a loss of connection - I have had instances where I have been completing check ins and the connection loss means that what i have been writing is lost.  This  is remedied by using word to complete narrative and then cut and pasting into the app

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have four managers who deal with a team of staff each.  Setting objectives for all of them that cover our key business objectives is easy and time efficient. Individual goals and objectives can also be set - it has saved me so much time.  The other main benefit is both myself and the managers being able to set actions and having accountability which is time measured and reminded through automated messages.  Nothing can slip off the radar even in the busiest of work environments.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

The interface of the system is nice as it makes it easy to use it and removes the clutter that some other systems have.  This, in turn, makes it easy to train the users and admins. The system settings page is also very user friendly and all areas can be tweaked without the need of IT. I like the "impersonate" feature because it allows for testing and troubleshooting without the need of testing user or the involvement of employees so they can leave any issues for me to look into. Overall, whilst it is on the basic side, the system is a good Talent Management tool.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

There could be an API connectivity for HRIS to pull a fresh employee list. Also, there could be more flexibility in Settings so the emails could be personalised more and custom emails could be set up to go out at the time our organisation needs as opposed to being pre-set. There should also be an area to see the full list of users and be able to download this list rather than using a user login report or just a search function. Talent Snapshots are a good feature, but need improvements so the Admin could edit the status of an individual employee who had their review  opened for them, but are no longer required to submit (so we could delete, or close the review for tehm from Admin side). Currently, once the reviews are open for bulk employees, it can only be Closed by Admin for all employees. Also, after the review is shared by the manager, there should be an Edit button for managers to see that they can still edit it, and then Re-Share button so it goes back to the employee. And vice versa for employee - Edit button and Re-Share. This should have email notifications. I would also suggest to add the "9 Box" grid feature for managers to evaluate their talent to help succession planning. Finally, the engagement tool doesn't have a condition, whereby when reporting the results it hides the department by adding it to "other" bucket when there are less than 3 or 4 reviews. This allows the report viewer to recognise who had submitted that particular engagement survey answer. The anonimity in these case is important so there should be changes made here.

It is helping us to release the engagement questionaires and pull the reports. It also enables employees to add and review their goals and do performance assessments. This allows us to pull accurate reports and manage our talent.

The system is clear and simple to use for all of our colleagues, it provides great data and insight that in turn supports in-house activities and the personal support that we receive from you is very beneficial.

Nothing major just a few niggles. 1. You cannot tweak some of the settings to suit individual business needs. 2. Talent snapshots - great idea and we are using it, but it's clunky and again you can not tweak it once a group is started.

The product complements the approach for businesses to encourage colleagues to be their best self. Link your values to feedback and you have a strong platform to understand how your business is performing. Use the sentiment measures to compliment your colleague NPS measures and above all use Clear Review to set clear business goals and targets that are dynamically linked to the core objectives/goals of the organisation. You will not go wrong and nor will you look backwards. The view of managing accountability will dynamically change for the better.

I enjoy being able to refer back to my goals, the CR system is accessible and user friendly. It supports a reflective and positive supervision when you give and recieve supervision

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Sometimes some bugs when conversation dates need to be changed- doesn't allow editing or won't save new conversation dates. This could definitely use improvement.

I have enjoyed using clear review for my own supervision and when supervising others. Positive supervision due to the prompts. Supports a very reflective process when using.

Easy to create objectives for review and agreement
I've not looked at competitors for some time so can't comment on how it compares

Sometimes the simplicity of the system can be frustrating
As we grow, there's functionality within the system that would be useful e.g. 360 as we're keen to introduce this to the organisation and at the moment, should we do that we would need to buy in another platform

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to solve a feedback culture which is important for us as a business and to some extent it helps with driving objective setting although culturally this could be better

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

The platform is straightforward and easy to use, both for our administrators and our users. Our customer success manager is responsive, personable, and understanding of our needs and complexities and supports us to work with and around these.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Most of the downsides are things the team are already working on. At the moment, it doesn't work together with our other systems as well as it could, but I understand that this is being worked on and continuously developed.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a central platform to store all aspects of performance management is ensuring consistency across our business as well as improving engagement with the process from both our managers and our employees.
