Detecting conflicts prior to working on new client matters or before acquisitions and mergers has become increasingly important, difficult and expensive, as the electronic universe expands and e-discovery becomes a way of life. Accepting client work that results in a conflict can damage client relationships and even result in malpractice lawsuits.

**What do you like best about Perfectlaw Conflict Checker?**

Instead of working in silos, perfect law allows for the upload of data one time and then the data becomes available in the same structure to everyone.
They have a great support team whenever there is an issue.

**What do you dislike about Perfectlaw Conflict Checker?**

There is a large learning curve. Be prepared for a long and painful adoption of the software.

**What problems is Perfectlaw Conflict Checker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning curve as well as some missing features that other software companies provide particularly when it comes to time tracking and billing. 
The product has allowed us to limit the use of some paper which has been great for covid.

**What do you like best about Perfectlaw Conflict Checker?**

I am able to use this for a variety of reasons. It allows me to pull any case associated with a particular client, distribute the mail properly and most  importantly, ensure we are taking the right cases without having any conflicts of interest.

**What do you dislike about Perfectlaw Conflict Checker?**

I don't have anything to say yet. I have experienced no issues so far.

**What problems is Perfectlaw Conflict Checker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to pull all case related to one client even if other attorneys are working the case.
