**What do you like best about Perceptyx?**

This platform offers a wealth of insights from pulse checks, whether with my team or across the entire company. As a manager, I appreciate being able to extract valuable knowledge and create action plans directly within the platform, which is another significant advantage. The ranking feature, which highlights both the most favorable and the lowest scoring areas, is also a strong benefit.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

I was able to offer additional flexibility by drilling down into specific teams or regions for some particular questions, which allowed for more comprehensive reporting in those areas.

**What problems is Perceptyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a manager, this tool enables me to review the feedback my team provides on any survey. This visibility helps me take action based on their responses and make adjustments when something isn't working for them, which is something crucial to improve team sentiment and morale.

It is helpful as it can give a voice to those who might be hesitant to give their true beliefs, regardless of whether it is through praise or things one might feel can be helpful to move a company forward as an employee.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

A dislike could be the number of questions some surveys have. I do not include the ones through this website, but many questions I feel can be simplified and achieve the same ending result.

My advice is that every voice matters. Working together is what can bring the best both our company and our employee workspace.

**What problems is Perceptyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel like the intended audience is hearing the pros and cons of things that ultimately will benefit the company and employees. I have recently seen in my company that we are being heard and working together for a better workplace.

**What do you like best about Perceptyx?**

I really like how you can drill down to hot spots by demographic. Additionally, it is helpful to understand the full story when you can click on a statement with low favorability and see how the negative participants responded to other questions compared to the positive participants.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

I have found the Theme Frequency report to be largely inaccurate regardless of which survey I am looking at - onboarding, engagement, and exit. It sometimes picks up more concrete themes well, like benefits, training, compensation, etc., but anything like trust, culture, teamwork, etc. the comments often do not correspond to the theme. I think it has improved since we first started using this functionality but it could still use some work.

**What problems is Perceptyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to solve onboarding and engagement problems such as addressing employees who do not get technical resources on their first day, employees feeling unrecognized, and asking for things like a different dress code and having Martin Luther King day off. We understand how giving employees a voice that can be measured in a quantitative and qualitative way allows us to make unbiased, better-informed decisions.

The feedback system with different values from the your team and customer creates impressive portfolio based on company received feedback and suggestions, it helps to grow in right direction.

Its cover all engagement activity but it should treat as more accurately for the negative feedback, some time its hard to identify downside of the other side, treating all positive feedback is also not good for company grow.

User friendly dashboard, customized fields/reporting, ability to drill down to product/creative levels to see what other competitors are doing. I also really like the category watch feature!

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

It's incredibly annoying to try to find out if your report run is complete - there doesn't seem to be an easy way to navigate to that page unless you click on it at the time that you run the report

**What problems is Perceptyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding what activity competitors are running is super important to ensure your client's category spend breaks through that noise, so Kantar is an essential tool to determine that.

**What do you like best about Perceptyx?**

The most helpful part of Perceptyx is the people they have hired.  They are enormously helpful, insighful, and will walk with you a third and fourth mile to get the work completed and correct.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

Sometimes we want changes that are so customized Perceptyx can't really do them under contract cost.  Sometimes large reports take more time to run that I would like.

**Recommendations to others considering Perceptyx:**

Be sure to think of the items you want in your survey and cover these under your contract.  Perceptyx is easy to work with during the contract negotiations and screen development.

**What problems is Perceptyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest WIN for us in going with Perceptyx was gaining online Action Planning.  Second biggest WIN was being able to push reporting to all our management so they would not have to wait for the survey administrative team to run demographic reports.  We are able to offer many more reports than we could with our former system and they have a more polished/professional look to them.

I like that you can read other people's takes on programs that you are or will be using with a company, and you get paid to do so! Win, Win!

I have not really found anything that I do not like about it! I have not come to any situations where I have found that some things are not working correctly. I do not like that the password for the site has to be 12 characters if that counts?

I like to compare other people's experiences with programs that I am using, their issues as well. This helps me work through or prepare for what problems I may be facing, currently or in the future!

**What do you like best about Perceptyx?**

Kantar allows us to pull quarterly competitive spend reports for all our clients specific to their industries, verticals, and competitive sets. Kantar has more channels available that other competitive reporting softwares including TV, out of home, digital, and print.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

There is often a gap in data with spend reporting for certain channels such as digital. Kantar is not able to fully capture the advertising spend of all brands.

**Recommendations to others considering Perceptyx:**

The cost of Kantars tools can be offset if you use them in multiple use cases across clients.

**What problems is Perceptyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to increase the budgets recommendations that we provide to clients by showing them how much their competitors are spending in the marketplace each quarter. We are also able to determine which competitive brands my be trending to increase their spend which will result in cluttered channels.

The level of expertise amongst the Perceptyx consultants is incredible. They're more than a survey vendor providing the technology; they're also great thought-partners and advisers. Their project management team is very organized and helps us execute our surveys across a complex enterprise seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

The technology doesn't yet allow for easy analysis of data across surveys. However, work is happening to address this in the future.

Perceptyx has made it very easy for us to share survey feedback with our managers, so more localized actions are happening. It also allows fast distribution of survey results and findings.

The quality of service, coupled with the seemingly endless opportunities for data visualization, help us tell the employee story to executives in a clear, visual way.

While endless visualizations/analyses are a definite plus, sometimes it can be hard to find the best approach to tell a story - there are so many ways of looking at the data!

In the reporting tool, it is sometimes challenging to understand the difference between the favoriability scores and the scores shown in the demographic crosstab.

Understanding how engaged employees are and what recommendations they have to make the company better. Getting to know the new hire experience and receiving feedback from those who are leaving the company.

The ease of use is the best thing I've heard feedback about. We have many users, and allowing them to get up to speed with a short video, or even without it, I am able to focus on the vision for our company's engagement strategy, rather than administrative tasks.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

Action planning is not quite meeting the complex needs of our organization yet. There are opportunities to improve the filtering and viewing of these, as well as the customization of columns for better tracking by our leaders. Right now, this still feels like a very manual process to track from a company leadership standpoint.

**Recommendations to others considering Perceptyx:**

Ensure your data files are clean and headed with clear titles. By understanding employee data files and user setup spreadsheets in advance, you will find administration to be much easier. Also, whitelist all URLs, including Action Plan resources, so you don't run into issues later.

**What problems is Perceptyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our engagement survey has brought to light many easy fixes that we can improve within a matter of days, For for the complex issues, we are seeing trends that didn't seem to exist before (e.g., stressed employees are less likely to feel fairly paid or valued).

Employee Surveys helps us to create attractive Surveys to get feedbacks from our employees and identify their  drawbacks.

It is very limited in terms of features. Insufficiency nowadays effects business greatly.  It lacks many features like multi platform, no performance and goal management.

Perceptyx offers a wide array of tools and technologies to get you the insights and results you need. Their platform is strong, and delivers quick reports to help you better understand your population of interest in a clean and effective package. 

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

Project Management is always difficult for large-scale projects with moving targets and multiple interests. I greatly appreciated all of the support that Perceptyx offered, in this area, so by no means a shortcoming of theirs, however this could be one area for further refinement if looking for a perfect experience. 

**Recommendations to others considering Perceptyx:**

Strong, powerful platform, that guides you through Action Planning, and delivers powerful insights. Will want to dedicate at least one person to this project for most of the project timeline, however Perceptyx will provide plenty of support and guidance throughout.

Engagement; Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and Employer Branding.

The team are knowledgeable about the system and survey design. I received quick responses to my questions and had no technological issues during the survey. The team are also friendly, patient and make an effort to understand the business.

There is nothing I dislike. Every recommendation/feature I suggested/required/would have liked, the team either implemented straight away or have started to develop for future surveys.

Ability to monitor engagement across the business - creating a solution that is fit for use and suitable to the structure and set up of the organisation. We were also able to deliver the results to the Board of Management through the consultant who had the knowledge of the data to do the employee's voice justice.

**What do you like best about Perceptyx?**

The technology; the ease of use of the dashboards, the customizability; the look and feel of the survey designs. And it doesn’t hurt that our project manager is in the weeds with us! When we’re working long hours, so is he and that level of support is necessary for a global company.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

We are a very complex organization and require a lot of hands on attention. We had issues with quality checking. We needed more project managers on deck to support us. But the team was great and realizing this and is making changes for us next survey cycle.

**Recommendations to others considering Perceptyx:**

We are internal consultants so the technology was the important piece for us, not the consulting. I would recommend Perceptyx to anyone that has the expertise of survey design and development already and just needs a great platform to implement the survey.

**What problems is Perceptyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our annual employee engagement survey is ran through Perceptyx as well as several pulse surveys. The biggest benefit has been the quick turnaround of data. Having real-time results in a simple and easy to use dashboard has been beyond valuable to our HR teams and leaders.

**What do you like best about Perceptyx?**

I really like working with our project manager.  She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, curious to implement new ideas and just gets things done.  The Perceptyx software is highly configurable so once we make a decision to change something, she can often update it on the fly.  The interface is attractive and we can make granular decisions about the user experience at multiple levels, which makes the end product more useful than previous tools we've used.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

There's not much I dislike.  I get the feeling that our consultants who work on data analysis/storytelling are spread a little thin and sometimes requests or questions don't get answered incredibly quickly, but at the same time, the tool is set up for us to do more analysis on our own, so we've found the relationship to work well.

**What problems is Perceptyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The goal of our survey program is for managers to take meaningful personal action to get better in a way that benefits their team.  We've noticed that people are more interested in what the data is telling them since we moved to Perceptyx's more interactive platform.  As silly as it sounds, we've also found the "word cloud" feature for written comments to be really influential in storytelling - bringing the big stories to the surface in a more overt and emotional way.

**What do you like best about Perceptyx?**

Perceptyx has partnered with P&G for a decade now - and our project manager really feels more like a colleague than an external partner. Perceptyx is always willing to customize things for us, reporting or otherwise. They always have an open ear for new ideas and improvements, without nickel and diming us. Turnaround times are fast. User friendliness has gotten better and better over the years and our internal customers give the Perceptyx tools high praise. We really appreciate our partnership with Perceptyx. 

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

QA has been the biggest - and really the only - issue for us over time. As stated above, Perceptyx has never hesitated to customize solutions for us. This often comes with custom code and requires an extra level of QA. We do a huge amount of it internally, ourselves... And even though Perceptyx has addressed this over the years, there are still issues that we feel a more thorough QA process could have caught.

Lifecycle of the employee surveys. Real-time data. Customization to address and answer any new questions thrown at us by the business.

**What do you like best about Perceptyx?**

I just launched my survey yesterday to 86,000 employees in 38 countries.  It is our first survey since Conduent became a company in January 2017.  The Perceptyx project manager and survey consultant made it easy.  They were with me every step of the way from survey design, data privacy issues, Data and report planning, benchmarks, etc.  Knowing that I have survey professionals assigned to me who do only employee surveys is a great comfort that I will be successful.  While I'm not over the finish line yet, I have every confidence that they've got my back.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

I haven't found anything that I would change in the process or the people at Perceptyx.

**What problems is Perceptyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our objective was to create a baseline of employee engagement and work environment factors around the world in diverse businesses and employee populations. **What do you like best about Perceptyx?**

The system is very easy to use and quick to analyze data. It is extremely user friendly and requires very little training. It was easy to capture data changes such as terminations or promotions after the survey was run so that new managers can pick up where the previous ones left off. 

They offer tremendous tools and data insights that helped us shape our action plans.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

The tool itself is great, I think the communication between our company and the people helping us build the tool could have been better to avoid some initial mistakes. Now that we are in our second year I know how to do this so I will definitely need less handholding.

Perceptyx is a great company to work with and their team is extremely knowledgeable in the field of employee engagement.

Our project managers have always been top-notch. They are thorough and responsive and help make the survey experience smooth for me as the administrator and the employees. Perceptyx reflects very well on me to the rest of the company, which I greatly appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

We start pretty early in the year to prepare for the annual survey, so sometimes that seems excessive. However, the execution is always flawless. So, I don't think this counts as a negative. It is just more of the best way to run the process smoothly.

They were amazing and really impressed my executive team which was important to me as it was a direct reflection on my ability to engage a good vendor for this important project.

Perceptyx has helped us to identify that our employees wanted more direct communication from the executive leadership. In the past few years, we've scored in the high 90s in this area because we took appropriate steps to improve after receiving constructive feedback from the survey. This year we have been heavily focused on enhancing opportunities for employee growth and development. I am excited to see the anticipated progress when we roll out the next survey.

Project Manager Alanna and Technical Manager Matt are awesome!  We love the customer service from both of them.  Their reporting tool is top notch!  We have several surveys with this vendor and we are able to link the data.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

QA- We have had issues in the past where QA did not seem to be thoroughly done on their end. I know efforts are now being put in place to have a QA Team on the vendor side.

Awesome company to partner with on both of our surveys!  Their reporting tool is intuitive and provides great value to the business.  Alanna and Matt are awesome to work with!

Perceptyx is super easy to work with - responsive, agile, and we've gotten great feedback from our employees on the user experience. We've had minimal disruption thanks to the ease of the tool and our ability to quickly make changes as needed. Such a great team to work with!

The manager hierarchy tool is difficult, but that's because our data going in wasn't great.

Real-time action planning for managers in follow up from engagement survey - too early to tell, but I know it will be better than what we had.

Ability to review employee evaluations at a small-group level.  Ability to review multi-year trends in survey results.  The product is simple to use and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

The link to recently completed reports, through the mass report generator, doesn't always work.  Mass reports sometimes have to be rerun to gain access to a working link.

The product allows management to better understand employees' perspectives on a broad set of important topics.  It allows management to get ahead of issues before they become larger problems that could impact company performance.

The dashboard tool and drill down capabilities of Percpetyx are great.  It allows for team level insights and allows managers and leaders to create actionable plans from engagement survey results.

**What do you dislike about Perceptyx?**

The migrations of data from company systems to Perceptyx was a bit difficult.

**What problems is Perceptyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perceptyx was used to create and execute an enterprise engagement survey.  The organization is currently action planning utilizing the Action Planning tool to increase overall employee engagement.
