**What do you like best about Pepsales AI?**

With Pepsales AI, the discovery calls and qualification process has not always been 
consistent before. Coaching also required managers to spend hours reconstructing context. 

When using Pepsales AI, we gain real-time insights and deal scoring in a call and 
automatically analyze this data after finishing the call to reveal gaps that can be acted upon right away. 

Coaching is a specialized, pragmatic and quicker process. 
We are getting smarter discovery calls and quicker qualification, more efficient coaching with exact moments we can use in deals, a clearer understanding of deal risks and revenue patterns, and our managers are saving time each week on prep.

Nothing major yet. Everything’s been pretty smooth so far.

**What problems is Pepsales AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Pepsales AI, our discovery call and qualification procedure was not always standard. There were also managers who had to spend hours to put together context to coach. 

Pepsales AI provides us with real-time insights and deal scoring, which provides clarity during the calls and delivers post-call insights in an automated manner, which we can work 
on now. Coaching has become specific, actionable and quicker. 

We are having more discovering calls and qualifying more quickly, we are coaching on specific call moments to refer to, we can see deal risks and revenue patterns clearly and our 
managers are saving hours per week in prep.

I haven’t encountered any issues with Pepsales as of now.

Previously, our sales team spent a lot of time preparing, researching prospects, determining the right questions to ask, and manually entering all data. Now, Pepsales has automated and streamlined our process, shortening our sales cycle. Plus, with CRM integrations, prospect data is stored automatically, eliminating manual effort.

The best feature I like about Pepsales AI was the Voice of Prospect feature. It shows us what buyers are actually asking across all our demo calls, so we know exactly what to focus on. It made our demo sharper and way more relevant

Before this we would spend so much time prepping calls and trying to figure out what mattered to buyers. Now the copilot just tells us. We can actually go for voice of prospects feature and see what majority of our leads is asking for.

Earlier, our sales team used to spend hours researching buyers and their companies. But after using Pepsales AI, we get all the answers instantly. Thanks to the MEDDPICC scoring, we can also identify the decision-makers during the call.
