The CRM is easy to navigate through and has lots of functionality, and as our business grows, we continue to add to it. The interface is customizable to our company needs and very easy for new employees to grasp. It is important for our employees to be able to pull information in real-time and be able to store all necessary information within the system and retrieve it when necessary. All the items that are important to us are linked together (contact information, important portfolio information, notes etc...). We can jump from page to page, pulling important information that helps are our business in real-time, which is vital for our success.
