What do you like best about Pepper?

Pepper has both CRM and portfolio management capabilities, and having both pieces consolidated is extremely powerful. It makes building out workflows at a deal level straightforward and easy, and its analytics capabilities allow for dynamic reports to keep track of holdings at every level and metric. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pepper?

Thus far, there have been no real downsides to Pepper. It offers expansive data import options and integrates with many 3rd party tools via APIs such as Slack and Dropbox, meaning it weaves seamlessly into the current existing tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pepper solving and how is that benefiting you?

The most significant benefit of Pepper is time-saving. Pepper is a cloud-native data platform with essentially unlimited storage, so we are able to house all of our critical data in one place. As such, we are no longer stuck scrambling and sifting through hundreds of spreadsheets and documents to find the proper values or calculations. Everything is housed directly on Pepper, and all information is stored directly with its corresponding deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pepper?

The CRM is easy to navigate through and has lots of functionality, and as our business grows, we continue to add to it. The interface is customizable to our company needs and very easy for new employees to grasp. It is important for our employees to be able to pull information in real-time and be able to store all necessary information within the system and retrieve it when necessary. All the items that are important to us are linked together (contact information, important portfolio information, notes etc...). We can jump from page to page, pulling important information that helps are our business in real-time, which is vital for our success. In addition to the ease of connecting all critical information, the Pepper team has been great to work with for any additional functions we require; the process has been straightforward and helpful to our business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pepper?

The CRM has been fantastic all around, and there is very little to say about dislikes. It's easy to use, and the functionality is excellent; adding additions are incredibly straightforward. The one thing that would be nice if some third-party data providers had compatible plug-ins for bulk uploads directly to the Pepper system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pepper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Continuing to improve the interface, adding additional functionality as our business continues to grow and evolve. As we see further changes, we can get them added immediately. Also, the Pepper team has suggested some fantastic ideas that our team has not been able to think of that we have implemented that have had a tremendous impact on our growing business. Our industry continues to evolve, and as is our CRM, working with them, bouncing ideas, and adding to the system has and will continue to be very important for us.
