The problem is the UI is dated. The latest and greatest UI on 9.2 doesn't look all that great either. They are only modernizing certain parts of the application and that leaves end users with the short end of the stick. Students want a mobile first application to access in class and on the go. Giving students an experience that they will enjoy is not really possible with Campus Solutions without using a 3rd party vendor.
