I had a really terrible experience where I had agreed a service with a client who then went on to lie and use coercion to get a refund which PPH honoured more or less in full. I was absolutely disgusted as everything in the workflow showed that I had been up front and working hard. PPH do no care about freelancers who do well to keep integrity, they just want to remain neutral and have no system of support whatsoever.
