What do you like best about PeopleGlass?

It's easy to set up and allows you to quickly see all the records at once and update them quickly. My company had developed a dependency on Google Sheets, so using PeopleGlass made it easy to transition them into a similar workflow that kept our CRM up to date. What do you dislike about PeopleGlass?

Unless this is already a feature that I'm missing, Themes would be good. I like the dark theme, but some people probably would like to change the colour scheme to something they want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PeopleGlass?

PeopleGlass makes updating Salesforce INFINITELY better. As I am sure you are aware if you are reading this, Salesforce is a major pain to update: Whether its going through 2FA every 20 minutes or scrolling through a bunch of unnecessary fields to get to the meat of the opp. With PeopleGlass, I can track all my opps in a dynamic, spreadsheet, populate and update fields that matter, and generally save a ton of time and stress. Whereas before, updating opportunities would take hours and hours and get kicked to the end of my to-do list, I can now easily update opps on the fly. Forecasting meetings are also much easier to manage because I can just share my screen and clearly walk through my opps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleGlass?

I've told my colleagues the same message many times. There is no downside to using PeopleGlass.

I've been a PeopleGlass user for approximately one month and there are still features I'm learning. When I do have questions, the PeopleGlass team have been extremely responsive and do an outstanding job highlighting how I can optimize my PeopleGlass experience. What problems is PeopleGlass solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been a SFDC user for many years and have significant experience with reports and dashboards. Many of the reports I utilize in SFDC took considerable amount of time to build. After installing PeopleGlass, I was able to build views in minutes in PeopleGlass that took significantly longer in SFDC.

In terms of day-to-day use of PeopleGlass, it's as simple as launching chrome. No need to log into SFDC, search for the report, and modify filters. PeopleGlass makes the process so much easier and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PeopleGlass?

Everyone loves a nice organized spreadsheet, but making your own with ever changing sales opportunities is a futile effort. People glass essentially lets me build different 'sheets' / views of my deals, update them in spreadsheet format, and remains in sync with Salesforce. The best part is I needed 0 formal onboarding becasue the process / interface is so intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleGlass?

Sometimes there is a lag when I am updating many cells at once, though this could be because of my machine. Working closely with our Peopleglass rep to improve this, and it's definitely not a deal breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PeopleGlass?

Having PeopleGlass saves me time with forecasting, 1:1s with my sellers, pipeline reviews, and collaborating with our extended team. With a modern feel and easy user interface, I set 10 views up in just minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleGlass?

The data pulled from other tools is really the only downside. Not a PeopoleGlass tool issue but ensuring there is clean data from the start is helpful. PeopleGlass saves me time from pulling several different reports in other tools. The ease of collecting the data no only saves me time but helps my reps stay up-to-date on tasks as they see a lot of time saved. With haveing so many members on our teams and extended teams this is an easy way to ensure everyone has the most up-to-date information and allows them to be proactive vs reactive with their sales. What do you like best about PeopleGlass?

In my role as a sales leader, the ability to quickly pivot a view of my opportunities filtered by any number of criteria on the fly while having conversations with partners, leaders, and AM's I manage has been made infinitely easier. So far I have not found a great deal of negatives to report. I had a technical issue, that the PeopleGlass support folks have jumped all over, so I am pleased with the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of managing a large and complex sales region with thousands of oppportunities across multiple cities, and states, with a host of AM's and SA's involved. What do you like best about PeopleGlass?

I just started using the app. wish there was a way to close opps from people glass.this would make a huge difference. As I continue to work on the app I will discover if there are any other things
