As a people manager, I see there is something missing in the workflow setup on the UI/UX for reviewing and providing feedback to the team. There is no way I can find out about the priority order of tasks to complete, like whether I should provide approved goals and then provide feedback or define goals first so that the team can start working on updating their progress (check-ins), etc. Also, in the “Talent Assessment " section and “Since last Check-in, my productivity was” under 1-1 section, the UI/UX is not that great.
