I use this system for payroll and keepting track of employees time. We track it per day, per job they are working and for the exact amount of time they spend on each job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Penta has a great deal of flexibility and options for managing your Projects, service work orders, payroll, accounting and much more in the same platform. They also provide a great deal of reporting to manage each of them. There is also a dashboard type reporting site that can provide data analytics for a comprehensive view. The user interface for the GUI is not very intuitive and the look and feel could stand to be upgraded. The error handling also could be improved. There are times when an error will halt other processes and doesn't allow the user to resolve and often needs support to clear.
