I had an overall great experience using Peltarion for a business competition organized by Really Good Innovation. We didn't use the pre-made databases available, so it was understandably a bit more complicated to work with a database that hadn't been curated for immediate use, but their tutorials guided us and made creating an AI model an effortless process. Peltarion's tutorial on how to integrate the AI model using Bubble was also very clear and straightforward. I never thought I'd be able to create an AI model in such little amount of time having no previous knowledge of AI.

The only thing missing for me was more insight into what each of the AI architectures mean. Peltarion's selling point is that you don't need previous AI infrastructure knowledge to create an AI model. However, I would still have liked to get more in-depth information on all the different architectures used. I know you already have some information available, but a few short explanatory videos on a couple of AI architectures would have come in handy. As a result of this lack of information on each AI architecture, we ended up taking a trial-and-error approach, which was rather time-consuming, but still worked!

We also struggled with deploying our model using Microsoft Power Apps (our first choice for building apps), which forced us to use Bubble instead. The only thing I would like to have on the platform is an "Afterlife" section. When my model is deployed - how do I make sure it's doing good and that I have made the right decisions?

Right now, I have to build this analytics dashboard myself. The good thing, though, is that Peltarion makes it easy to import data via their API to retrain the model if I want to. Oh I liked everything! But my very best was the fact that my model trained in the shortest possible time! That was amazing!!! I have a very large dataset that would ordinarily take about a day to train, but on Peltarion it trained in under 5hrs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a user with almost no experience in AI, all snippets/models were difficult to understand with short descriptions (in form of tooltips). There is a link to documentation but in my opinion lacs in-depth explanation and recommendations/showcases on when to apply and why. Difficulty with integration to Power Apps. I love Peltarion and how easy it is to learn the platform. There are many great tutorials and walkthroughs in Peltarions youtube channel and I've always gotten help quickly when I've reached out. I can't think of any downsides with Peltarion. But for improvements, I would have loved to be able to customize the user interface for the AI models and get an imbement for websites and applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is the first time I use artificial intelligence and I'm impressed by the simplicity of how to construct models on the platform. For the more advanced aspects I have gotten by with some help from technicians at Peltarion, but once the frame-work has been in place, it is quite simple to modify and combine different models.

The sorting, filtering and tagging interface for management of datasets uploaded on the platform is impressingly versatile, intuitive and powerful for being web browser based. Given it is web browser based nature it is not as snappy as an application run on your own computer, but I think this aspect has actually improved recently. However, it is still a good idea to prepare your dataset for smooth subsetting before you upload it.

Negative: Sometimes it takes a while (couple of minutes) before changes to datasets are saved on the server. It doesn't happen that often, but may halt your workflow a bit. Yet, once you are settled, modeling and carrying out experiments is smooth.

Shortcomings: I would like to be able to add noise directly in the platform. Currently, if you want to investigate the sensitivity of models to noise in the signal, you have to apply it locally and upload a new dataset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
