## Peerbound Reviews
 ### 1. Revolutionized Our Advocacy Workflow with Lightning-Fast Content Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melanie P. | Upgrades demand team lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound has been a game changer for making our advocacy efforts more efficient and impactful at Gainsight. The ease of generating customer stories and quotes directly from call recordings has significantly reduced the time it takes to move from concept to content. I love how I can upload a recording and get a well-structured draft in literally 90 seconds. It reduced case study production time from 90 days to 42 days, a 53% improvement. The Slack app integration has also been a huge win, especially with sales and marketing teams using it regularly to surface insights and customer proof automatically. It’s one of the most engaged Slack channels in the company. Sales also receive Proactive Proof emails after their calls, giving them personalized proof based on the prospect's pain points and industry. We see an open rate of 70% on these.

The customization options are great, and Peerbound's support team has been responsive every step of the way. They’ve been open to feedback, and I’ve seen them implement suggestions, like adding direct links from Slack alerts to moments in Peerbound or fields to better sort active products, which has made it even more user-friendly. Overall, the mix of automation, thoughtful features, and customer support makes it a staple in my toolkit.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

An area for improvement is increasing customer quote approvals. While the approval process works, it would be great to see features like automated follow-ups or multi-touchpoint reminders to boost conversion rates. Overall, these are minor issues in an otherwise fantastic platform.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound helps us streamline advocacy by making it faster and easier to generate customer stories, gather impactful quotes, and share proof points with teams. It has greatly reduced the turnaround time for creating content, improved collaboration across teams, and enabled better alignment with sales through features like Slack integrations and proof emails. By automating and simplifying these processes, Peerbound allows us to better leverage customer advocacy to drive pipeline and strengthen customer relationships.

 ### 2. Game Changer for Customer Advocacy Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle R. | Sr. Manager, Customer Advocacy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

I absolutely love Peerbound! It gives us clear insight into what our customers truly value and appreciate about us, allowing us to quickly identify value statements to publish or pinpoint customers we’d like to feature in videos, case studies, or speaking opportunities. It saves an incredible amount of time while delivering a high-impact service that benefits our entire organization. At a previous company, we built a homegrown tool to surface customer content internally — at the time, it was state-of-the-art. Now that we're experiencing Peerbound, I can see that the AI innovation has advanced to new levels and there’s truly no comparison. The technology is remarkably advanced and far surpasses anything we could have created on our own, delivering customer insights at scale along with credible, shareable proof points that validate our messaging through authentic customer stories. The Peerbound team is also a joy to work with — brilliant, kind, and deeply collaborative. We’ve built an incredible partnership and continue to innovate together.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Peerbound. The platform performs exactly as promised, and the team is incredibly responsive and proactive. Any feature requests or ideas we’ve shared have been met with enthusiasm and collaboration, which makes the experience even better.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound solves one of our biggest challenges: uncovering authentic, actionable insights from our customers at scale. Before Peerbound, gathering feedback and identifying customer proof points required a tremendous amount of manual effort. Now, the platform automates that discovery surfacing what customers truly value, highlighting compelling value statements, and even flagging those who might be great candidates for case studies, videos, or speaking opportunities.

This has completely transformed how we operate. We’re able to quickly validate our messaging with credible customer proof, saving countless hours while improving collaboration across marketing, customer success, and sales. Peerbound gives us both efficiency and depth delivering a clear view into customer sentiment and stories that we can confidently share externally. It’s a major time-saver and a strategic advantage for our entire organization.

 ### 3. Revolutionized Customer Proof Management and Sales Enablement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jane M. | Sr. Director, Solutions & Customer Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

What I love most about Peerbound is how much easier it makes managing customer stories and leveraging content across our teams. The ability to pull moments directly from call transcripts and turn them into actionable quotes, draft reviews, or even case studies is a total game-changer. Especially because it takes the burden off the customer in having to share feedback via other tools like surveys, and also includes more organic feedback we wouldn't have captured otherwise. The suggested reviews feature is super smart, it finds new advocates without duplicating effort.

Also, the Slack app integration is a huge win. Now, our sales team can quickly find relevant proof points, referenceable customers, and even proposed case studies just by asking Slack. It’s fast, efficient, and keeps everyone aligned. We're seeing daily usage of the slackbot, substantially more volume than we would have handled as humans.

Another standout is how responsive and collaborative their team has been. Whether it’s questions about functionality or working on ways to improve specific features, they’ve been great partners from day one. They've taken feedback seriously, like finding ways to anonymize sensitive content or tweaking the tools to fit our workflows better, which has been really helpful during rollout. Overall, Peerbound has streamlined everything for customer marketing and made a big difference for both our team and our sales enablement.

Implementation was very simple, we were able to instantly get value from the customer story creator and the G2 review tool.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

As a new product on the market, there is some manual effort required to maintain updated content that the platform isn't automatically listening to. For example, the need to upload finalized PDFs for the Slack app to pull from can feel like extra steps. Automating this process would definitely save time and make workflows smoother, and I know the Peerbound team is actively looking to improve inputs.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound is helping us tackle the challenge of organizing and activating customer proof. It makes it easy to source customer quotes, draft reviews, and stories from call data, saving hours of manual work. The Slack app integration ensures our sales team has instant access to relevant proof and referenceable customers, boosting their confidence and efficiency. By streamlining content management and enabling better alignment across teams, Peerbound is driving greater impact from our customer marketing efforts.

 ### 4. Effortless, smart, and a must-have for nailing customer marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

What I love most about Peerbound is how much time it’s given us back. The Slack app and automation for finding, organizing, and delivering customer proof have been a lifesaver. It pulls insights from calls, customer stories, G2 reviews, and more, all while being easy to set up and integrate with tools like Slack and Salesforce. Setting up the Gong integration was unbelievably quick, and we started seeing customer moments flow in right away. It’s simple but incredibly powerful, and it’s become a key part of how we operate.

Another standout is their support team. They take feedback seriously and deliver updates so fast, it’s amazing. It feels like they’re part of our team. For example, when I asked about tagging moments or tweaking approval workflows, they acted on it immediately. Peerbound isn’t just a tool; it’s a partnership. The proactive moments feed into Slack, the tailored customer story templates, and the clarity around customer sentiment have all made an immediate impact for us. It’s been a true game changer for our customer marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

One area where Peerbound could improve is around automation for certain workflows. For example, when suggesting G2 reviews or generating customer proof, it would be great to have automated workflows that notify account managers directly or allow for bulk actions. Right now, some of the work still requires us to manually manage certain steps, which can slow things down slightly.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound is helping us solve the challenge of finding, creating, and delivering customer proof across our organization. It streamlines identifying advocates, generates actionable insights from customer interactions, and enables sales and marketing teams to access proof quickly through Slack. This has drastically reduced the time we spend on manual tasks, improved alignment between teams, and ensured we’re telling the most impactful customer stories. It’s made us more efficient and amplified our ability to drive revenue and customer success.

 ### 5. Empowers Sales and Marketing with Valuable Customer Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric S. | Head of Product Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound helps us sift through the hundreds of calls to find the gems that our customers are saying about us.

Peerbound is also helping us arm our sales team with customer quotes and eliminating manual processes for our marketing team.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

Would also be great to had a tag/why to flag certain moments for us to send to other internal teams. I recently saw a moment where they started the quote positive and then described a bug in the software. It would be great if i can flag that and email/slack it to the product and CS teams

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to find and curate positive customer quotes and then to proactively arm our sales team on how to share customer quotes with prospects to help them close more deals

 ### 6. A cross-org tool that enables every department to lead with customer proof

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thao L. | Sr. Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound has been a fantastic tool for scaling customer advocacy. The onboarding was surprisingly quick and easy, we went from demo to full rollout in just over three months. I especially appreciate how much it has streamlined tasks like sourcing customer quotes and creating stories. Previously, I spent hours digging through Gong call recordings. Peerbound helps me be more proactive and efficient, whether capturing customer moments, generating stories, or improving collaboration.

The Slack integration is great at surfacing proof for specific customer questions. One of the best parts is how it's brought cross-functional teams together. It’s not just sales benefiting; customer success, marketing, and even product teams are joining the conversation. Seeing customer managers, sales reps, and even product managers sharing insights in Slack has been unexpectedly motivating for everyone, and the proactive proof emails are helping sales reps stay on top of their deals. Adoption of the Peerbound Slack app is very high, and we've also noticed that other team channels where requests were previously voiced are now much more quiet, therefore relieving the team to focus on other tasks. Product marketing and development have also been benefitting from the incredible competitive intel we're now able to surface.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

The biggest challenge with Peerbound is the occasional difficulty with account matching and integrating data from complex structures like parent-child accounts, franchise systems, and accommodating the multiple products that we sell. It’s something they’re actively improving, but it takes extra effort on our side to clean up data and align everything in Salesforce, especially with our multi-layered setup. I've got a pretty extensive wish-list, but the team at Peerbound has been very responsive to feedback and continues to refine these areas.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound is helping us centralize and proactively share customer insights, improving cross-functional collaboration and making customer advocacy more accessible. It’s reduced the need for manual digging into tools like Gong and helped surface valuable customer moments quickly. By streamlining workflows, cutting down sales reference requests, and encouraging data hygiene in Salesforce, it’s making us more efficient and aligned. The ability to easily find, share, and act on customer stories is driving better engagement across sales, marketing, and success teams.

 ### 7. Making Advocacy Easy with Peerbound: A New Way to Amplify Customer Voice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittnee D. | Director of Customer Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound has made it much easier to find and share customer proof across the company. Before, we had quotes and feedback stored in different places, and it took too long to track anything down. Now everything is organized, searchable, and ready when we need it.
The proactive proof feature has been a big time saver. Getting relevant quotes and logos right after a call means reps can move faster and bring the customer’s voice directly into follow-up conversations. It’s been a big help in scaling advocacy since our team can focus on higher-value work while Peerbound handles sourcing and approvals.
The Peerbound team has been great to work with. They listen, move quickly on feedback, and continue to improve the product in meaningful ways. Seeing adoption grow fast, especially in Slack, shows how much value the tool has added.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

It would be nice to have more visibility into quote approvals, like seeing what’s still pending or having conditional approval options (e.g., name-only or anonymous use). The good thing is the Peerbound team has been open to feedback and continues to update the platform regularly.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound has solved the problem of scattered customer proof and slow approvals. It’s made it simple for our teams to find, share, and use the most relevant and up-to-date customer sentiment.
It’s helped us move faster and made advocacy something we can actually scale instead of constantly managing. Reps are more confident using proof in their outreach, and approvals that used to take days now happen in hours. The whole process feels simpler, more consistent, and helps us put the customer voice at the center of how we sell and communicate.

 ### 8. Effortless Advocacy and Insights with Awesome Support from Peerbound

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather F. | Owner, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound has been transformative for us in simplifying how to handle customer advocacy requests and create case studies. Pulling quotes, moments, and insights from calls or existing content is straightforward and saves a lot of time. Features like proactive proof emails and the Slackbot make the platform really practical since the right information comes to us instead of us having to search for it. It also fits easily into our day-to-day workflow, and the filtering options have been especially helpful when we need to find specific customer insights.

The support from the Peerbound team has been excellent. The quick, detailed responses from the team really stand out, and they are open to feedback and often work our suggestions into the product roadmap, including building an amazing feature for reps to quickly find value statements from their prospect calls. Other features like suggested moments and approval management have made my work easier and more scalable.

Finally, I'm thrilled with the way I've seen the sales organization readily adopt Peerbound!

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

One area that could improve is the ability to handle multiple transcripts at once. The single-transcript setup works fine, but being able to analyze several calls together would make building case studies even faster. I know this is on their roadmap, so I am looking forward to it.

Another small challenge has been tracking approvals and knowing whether a customer has reviewed or rejected a quote. More visibility into this process or options like conditional approvals would help. That said, the Peerbound team has been very receptive to feedback, so I am confident these improvements will come.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound helps us streamline customer advocacy by making it easier to gather, organize, and use customer quotes and stories. It removes the manual work of digging through calls or starting case studies from scratch, so we can build content much faster. The Slackbot and proactive proof emails make sure our teams always have relevant, real-time insights ready to go, which has improved collaboration and boosted our ability to drive sales and customer engagement.

 ### 9. An incredibly handy tool for scaling customer proof, insights, and influencing pipeline!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debbi S. | Customer Marketing Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound has been such a game-changer for us. The biggest win is how much time it saves and how easy it is to grab the customer proof we need—without slowing anyone down. The Slack bot integration is a total standout since it fits right into the way our teams already work every day. Sales and marketing can pull exactly what they need in seconds, without extra steps.

The features also go so deep. We can filter by Salesforce data, search by use case or persona, and quickly pull value statements or account summaries. The proactive proof emails after calls have been huge for sales—giving reps the right context at the right time to move deals forward. Having everything in one place—from finding proof moments to managing quote approvals—has unlocked so much efficiency across the board.

Peerbound's customer support is TOP NOTCH. Sunny and Gareth are absolute stars. From the early trial months when we were pushing to get this approved internally, to all the weekly WIP meetings they've supported us in (even in differing timezones!), they’ve been the kindest, most genuine humans who truly understand what building customer relationships is all about. They're both pure experts in both marketing and sales - which truly shows in the beautiful UI of Peerbound, which is such a robust tool. They’re so, so quick to respond, extremely proactive in helping us set up processes (and optimise!), and always open to feedback. It feels like we’re not just using a tool—we’re growing alongside a team that cares deeply about our success, which is so rare in the workforce.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

There are so little things to note here! Everything we've spoken to the Peerbound team about is on their roadmap or radar (ie ways to train AI to mention more general themes/USPs) - which we so appreciate.

While Peerbound is already a great tool, it'd be great to expand its integrations to further increase efficiencies with API webhooks/etc. Crossing fingers for a potential Canva integration to automate how we track things in Canva Sheets 😉

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound is solving one of our biggest challenges: quickly finding and using customer proof without wasting time looking for it. Before, sales and marketing had to hunt across different places to get quotes, case studies, or use cases, which slowed everything down - and often, our lean team of two was getting DM'ed to inquire about case studies in X industries, quotes for Y company size, etc - the requests never ended, despite us having an internal hub to encompass most of these resources.

Now, Peerbound brings all of that into one place, acting as our source of truth. The Salesforce, Gong, and G2 integrations are huge - and the Slack integration truly makes everything so easy to grab exactly what we need in seconds.

The benefit has been huge—our sales team gets proactive proof emails right after calls to move deals forward faster, and marketing can easily pull the right proof needed for projects. It’s saving us hours every week and giving our teams more confidence that they’re always using the most relevant, approved proof.

 ### 10. Peerbound Supercharges Customer Storytelling and Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cheyenne R. | Senior Customer Marketing and Advocacy Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound makes finding and creating customer stories simple. It's now part of my daily workflow. It surfaces thousands of calls and transcripts to the only showcase the positive sentiment. As a customer marketer, this is everything! I've been able to increase the volume of quotes by 33% this year. Our team has 3x case studies as well all because of Peerbound.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

There's not much to share as far as dislikes. Nothing that is deal breaking or major. Just small things like consistency across the tool with filtering options and capabilities to say if a request was sent or not. I'd love to have more than 10 options to filter using fields from Salesforce. I'd also love if they had more review site integrations beyond G2, but that more likely has to do with the review sites than Peerbound. Overall, these are very minor things, and the great that is that their team is always open to feedback and constantly making enhancements. So, I'm confident these minor dislikes will not even be relevant in 3-6 months from now.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Peerbound, the process for requesting, writing, and creating customer stories was very manual. Peerbound enables us to create stories and obtain approvals at scale, allowing our GTM teams to use them proactively.

 ### 11. Peerbound Uncovers Hidden Insights, But Requires Consistent Use for Full Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound helps me find the gems hidden in customer conversations that I’d never be able to sift through myself. It honestly feels like magic. The AI does an incredible job turning those insights into quote-worthy excerpts, so I’m not spending time editing before sending them for customer approval.

I also love how the platform helps surface meaningful moments from calls that I might have otherwise missed. It’s saving me hours of manual review while making it easier to bring authentic customer voices into our storytelling.

It has a lot of features but doesn’t feel overwhelming because they guide you through what’s most relevant to your use case. It’s been great for both productivity and creativity.

The customer support has been another standout. Gareth and the team are incredibly responsive, taking feedback seriously and even helping troubleshoot smaller things like filtering or making sure integration settings are dialed in.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

To get full value from features like quote approvals, you really need the bandwidth to use it consistently—ideally daily or weekly. The Story template feature is powerful, but like any AI model, it needs some upfront training and refinement to get it generating the kind of first drafts you want. Once it’s tuned, though, it’s a great accelerator.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound is helping us scale customer storytelling and proof collection across the GTM teams. The Slackbot has been especially helpful—it lets sellers and marketers quickly see which customers fit certain use cases or could be used as references, without needing to ping me directly.

Even in our pilot rollout, I’ve already gotten great feedback from sellers who appreciate how it highlights referenceable accounts and provides anonymized proof points they can use in prospect conversations. I didn't realize how much even anonymized content can be valuable!

 ### 12. The Command Center for Customer Marketers, Social Proof for the Whole GTM Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris D. | Director of Customer Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound drastically simplifies my workflow. Tasks that used to take hours, like sorting through Salesforce reports or manually identifying advocates, now take minutes. Features like the Slack app and Proactive Proof emails make it incredibly easy to surface VOC at the right time, whether I'm responding to sales requests or prepping for big projects. The time savings are huge, I’ve cut down the time spent on these tasks by about 80%. On top of that, the AI-driven insights and pre-filled G2 review templates have significantly boosted my results, with G2 review conversions increasing 10x compared to traditional outreach.

The implementation was smooth, and the tool delivers value almost immediately. Once the Copilot integration was on, I had access to moments from past calls within a day. Peerbound is intuitive, easy to integrate, and constantly evolving with new features like account summaries and value statements. The team itself is responsive, forward-thinking, and genuinely invested in my success. It’s easily become an indispensable tool in my day-to-day.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

I have a long wishlist of additional features and functionality, but the team is communicative, responsive, and invested in customer feedback as they build their roadmap. Looking towards the future, I'd like to see a metrics dashboard for ROI, more detailed sorting of advocates and further refined moments that are being captured.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sourcing customer quotes via call recordings and serving customer proof to the GTM team.

 ### 13. Peerbound makes it Easy to Deliver Customer Proof and Influence Revenue

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

What I like most about Peerbound is how intuitive and fast it is. The Slackbot has been huge for our team. It responds quickly, and being able to ask things like “What customers do we have in X industry?” or pull value statements straight from calls saves us a ton of time.

I also really like the proactive proof feature. It is great to see how much our customer proof is actually being used to influence deals.

The support from the Peerbound team has also been outstanding. Our CSM, Gareth, is always available when we need help or have feedback. They made sure the implementation, from Slack to Salesforce integration, went smoothly. They are open to feedback and act on it quickly, which makes it feel like a true partnership instead of just another vendor relationship. That has been a big value add for us.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

Peerbound’s proactive proof emails are only currently available for net-new business. These have been huge for us, so we would love to also get these for all of our other reps who work on renewal or expansion opportunities. That said, the team is currently working on this and it is clear they are committed to refining the product and making it better.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound makes it much easier to identify and use customer stories and proof. It has drastically cut down the time it takes to find the right content for sales and marketing. It also helps us surface the right customer advocates and proof points at the right time, which creates better alignment across teams. The Slackbot and proactive proof emails have been especially helpful in influencing deals and showing how customer stories impact revenue, which has been a big win for my role.

 ### 14. Peerbound is a force multiplier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vera F. | Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Quality content generation at the speed of light, opportunites to identify advocates in their most authentic and genuine element - both allow for scaling of processes, getting out of the manual tasks that bog teams down.

It's easy to use, intuitive and clean (literally, the UI is easy on the eyes) and the speed in which you can start using it post implementation has set the quality bar when it comes to tech.

Sunny and the whole team at Peerbound are great to work with while having a deep understanding of the customer marketing landscape.

I use Peerbound daily!

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

Couldn't think of a single thing, it's a game changer

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling otherwise painful processes that took hours from identifying advocates to creating content.

 ### 15. Found a way to "clone myself", it's called Peerbound!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paola J. | Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

What I really love about Peerbound is how it takes the hassle out of finding and delivering customer proof. It’s so easy to track down relevant quotes and success stories, which really speeds up the process of putting together compelling case studies. The interface is straightforward, and the seamless integrations makes it simple to pull in all the customer insights we need. Peerbound ensures we always have relevant, up-to-date proof on hand when we need it. And everything accessible through its Slackbot as well! It saves us a ton of time and helps boosts usage of our marketing materials.

Their customer support is fantastic, always quick to respond and eager to help. We use Peerbound all the time now because it cuts down on tasks (like collecting and approving customer quotes) that used to eat up a lot of our day.

Overall, it’s made our marketing efforts both more efficient and more effective; and has made me a happier person!

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

A nice-to-have would be more automated workflows for quote approvals, just to speed things up even more. This is a relatively small issue, though, and doesn’t take away from the overall value of the platform. The team is also super responsive to feedback and are working on partnering with me to add new features to help make things more efficient.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound has turned previously time-consuming processes into things that are quick and seamless. Automating these tasks saves us a ton of time and lets us focus on higher-level marketing strategies. The Salesforce and Slack integrations also make it easy to keep all our data in one place, so we can access insights whenever we need them. In short, Peerbound is boosting our marketing impact and helping us build better connections with our customers.

One of the best things about Peerbound is that they were able to build a custom "outline" for us using past case studies and the format we want ours to be. This will speed up the time for us to create content from 25 days to potentially 8 days! Our content team went from skeptics to promoters of this tool after seeing the quality of story produced.

**Reviewed by:** Jessica H. | Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound has been a game-changer in how we create customer stories. We used to rely on external writers—costly and often hit-or-miss in quality. Now, I can generate a strong first draft in under a minute, requiring only light edits.

I also love the Gong integration—it helps me discover advocates I didn’t even know we had and highlights what they’re already saying about our product. Plus, we gain valuable competitive insights and ROI-driven proof points, which are incredibly useful.

The Peerbound team is fantastic—responsive, open to feedback, and always improving. Our shared Slack channel makes it easy to ask quick questions, and they’ve already built multiple features (like YouTube uploads) based on my suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

I would love to see more context for certain quotes or use cases, which I know the team is working on.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound helps us identify new advocates, streamline the creation of customer stories and testimonials, and, thanks to their new Slackbot, effortlessly deliver them to our sales teams. It highlights powerful quotes and use cases, enabling us to craft stronger, more authentic narratives that showcase the real impact of our product.

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

The best thing about Peerbound is how easily it pulls relevant customer insights right from our conversations. It feels like having an extra pair of hands that instantly finds the perfect quotes and stories. I also love the Slackbot. It lets us find the information we need on the spot, without sifting through tons of transcripts. It is particularly helpful for people who are new to the team and don't have as much background context on our customer base.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

There hasn’t been anything that bothers me so far. Everything has worked well, and I haven’t run into any major issues.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound addresses the challenge of quickly finding and using customer success stories and insights. It gives us instant access to quotes and case studies that we can use to strengthen our sales and marketing strategies. This means we can respond to requests faster and create more targeted content. It also helps us spot potential advocates and figure out what truly matters to our customers—information that shapes our overall approach. In short, Peerbound has significantly boosted our team’s productivity and effectiveness.

 ### 19. Peerbound makes creating customer stories and boosting customer advocacy a breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditi M. | Product, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound has been a huge time-saver for creating customer stories. Instead of spending hours pulling everything together, it now only takes me about 30–45 minutes. It does a great job pulling from transcripts and other data to produce a draft that’s nearly complete—especially helpful because transcripts used to be a pain to clean up. Even junior team members can jump in and use it without much guidance.

Their customer support is also great. The Peerbound team is quick to address feedback, and they’re always rolling out new features like the Advocate Finder and insightful data tools.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

Peerbound is great with individual files or recordings, but I’d love to be able to upload multiple sessions for a single customer story. The team is very receptive to feedback so I’m hopeful this will be added soon.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound streamlines the entire customer story process by pulling data from transcripts and creating near-finished drafts in minutes. This saves a ton of time, letting us quickly turn out polished case studies to support sales and marketing—and ultimately helps us boost customer advocacy and credibility.

 ### 20. Peerbound makes telling customer stories and finding advocates easy! The Team is the best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer T. | Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

What really sets Peerbound apart is how much it speeds up and scales our process for finding and creating customer stories. Being able to take a video, upload it, and get a draft case study in minutes is a game-changer—it used to take us weeks. It’s not just faster; it does a fantastic job of capturing the most meaningful quotes and metrics right from our customer conversations.

I also have to commend their engineering and customer support teams. Peerbound genuinely feels like an extension of our team, always open to feedback and quick to turn suggestions into product improvements. Another standout is their integrations. Peerbound is built to fit right into the tools we already use, which makes it easy to adopt.

Overall, Peerbound has significantly boosted our efficiency, letting us scale our customer marketing efforts. I rely on it regularly, and it has truly changed how we tackle customer advocacy and storytelling.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

It’d be nice to have the option to tweak quotes directly in the platform before they’re marked as final, so they fit our voice and style perfectly. I really only have small suggestions, but these minor things are addressed by the team so quickly they make an already excellent tool even better.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound takes the headache out of finding scaling customer advocacy and creating impactful case studies. Before we started using it, finding advocates, collecting quotes, and writing up stories was a big, time-intensive project. Now, we can generate a solid draft from existing customer conversations almost instantly, cutting our timeline from months to minutes. That means we spend more time refining stories and less time finding customers and editing.

By speeding up the process, Peerbound has helped us build a robust pipeline of customer stories and address gaps in our advocacy—whether that’s targeting certain industries, specific personas or use cases. Plus, having instant access to great quotes and stats is so valuable for sales enablement, product launches, and press releases. Peerbound integrations also make finding new advocates and new stories a breeze! Their AI tools are very useful in the editing and research process as well.

Overall, Peerbound saves us so much time while also helping us showcase customer success in a way that really supports our sales and marketing goals, making our whole approach more effective.

 ### 21. Awesome team with exciting product!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bri J. | VP, Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound is a big time-saver. Its transcript and case study generation features cut down on hours of manual work and make it so much easier to create customer stories. I love how it automatically pulls key quotes and drafts an outline and the initial framework really helps me hit the ground running. Plus, viewing transcripts alongside stories is a huge boost to my workflow. The Slackbot’s search function is also a game-changer for our sales team.

Another standout is the support. The Peerbound team truly listens to feedback and keeps rolling out new features that make our jobs easier. From adding generating customer slides to working with us to add Google docs, they’re always listening to us and improving the platform. It feels like a genuine partnership.

Last, but certainly not least, we've been a customer since they were in beta, and I am absolutely thrilled with the way they've evolved and the direction they are going in — being able to surface account data to our sales teams with both moments of advocacy and relevant use cases will be a game-changer for us and every other marketing organization in the world!!

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

I’m really looking forward to their Fireflies or Zoom integration, since we don’t use the main call recorders they currently support. Having direct call data would streamline things even more. Given how fast they update features, I’m sure this will happen soon.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound cuts out a ton of busywork when creating and organizing customer stories. It transcribes calls, highlights the best quotes, and drafts a starting layout so we don’t have to do everything from scratch. Collaborating and sharing within the team is also much simpler now. We can quickly pull the right stories for sales and marketing, which helps us be more efficient and effective.

 ### 22. A quicker and easier way to create powerful customer stories

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin S. | Operations and Engagement Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

I love how Peerbound quickly highlights the best quotes from interviews so I’m not stuck scrubbing through hours of recordings. It also does a great job surfacing important themes that I might have overlooked. The editor tool only needs a quick pass from me, so I can wrap up a customer story very quickly. Plus, the Peerbound team is really open to suggestions and has made the whole experience feel seamless.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

I haven’t come across any big issues. It’s pretty straightforward, doesn’t require extra training, and easily fits into the way I already work.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It used to take me about a week to put together a customer story and chase down approvals after each interview. Now, I can get it done in a couple of hours, which really helps when I’m juggling multiple global events. Peerbound also uncovers advocates I didn’t even know we had, letting me highlight more success stories and show a wider range of engagement. Overall, it’s saved me tons of time and made our customer story process much more seamless.

 ### 23. Peerbound makes capturing and using customer and partner insights so easy and quick

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse A. | Director, Customer and Partner Educatoin, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

My favorite thing about Peerbound is how it simplifies collecting and using customer insights. It’s really intuitive—getting up to speed took almost no time. I also love how easy it is to search through call transcripts for standout quotes or trends, which comes in handy for everything from case studies to spotting recurring themes.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

I’d love if Peerbound took a more proactive approach to surfacing insights. Right now, the search feature is great, but automatically flagging trends or potential issues would save even more time. It would be amazing to see Peerbound evolve into a predictive tool that alerts us to training needs or churn risks on its own.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound helps us capture and use customer insights more effectively. Before, we spent way too long digging through call transcripts or notes. Now we can instantly find the exact quotes or feedback we need—whether it’s for a case study, training session, or spotting potential roadblocks early.

It’s also streamlined our internal processes by centralizing all our customer data in one place. We can pull insights straight into our everyday conversations, which means less tool-switching and more time saved. In the end, Peerbound has made us faster and better at highlighting our customers’ successes.

 ### 24. Peerbound - the future of customer advocacy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liza M. | Customer Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

What I love most about Peerbound is how much time it saves me while still delivering great results. It’s so easy to use—I got the hang of it in just a few minutes, which is a big win when you’re juggling tons of tasks.
The fast implementation and frequent updates really stand out too. Peerbound’s team is super responsive and seems genuinely invested in making the tool work for us. They’ve rolled out features we suggested almost immediately, which you don’t see very often. The Slack integration, for example, has been a total game-changer. Being able to quickly search for customer stories, G2 reviews, or key moments in Slack saves a lot of back-and-forth.
I also love how visual and centralized everything is. Peerbound organizes customer profiles, moments, G2 reviews, and case studies all in one place, making it so much simpler to keep track of everything. Finding quotes, metrics, or even new advocates doesn’t require digging through a bunch of tools anymore.
And I can’t say enough good things about the team. They’re quick to respond, proactive with solutions, and genuinely focused on helping us get the most out of the platform. It really feels like having an extra teammate who’s always on top of things.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

One thing I’d love to see is if Peerbound integrated with tools like Ironclad for logo approvals and other legal stuff. While that’s not really its main function, it would be super helpful for marketing teams like ours who deal with these requests regularly. But since the Peerbound team is always open to new ideas, I wouldn’t be surprised if they look into it down the road. These are small gaps in an otherwise amazing tool.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound tackles a few major challenges for us in customer marketing. For starters, it’s dramatically cut down the time it takes to create customer stories. Something that used to take up to two weeks and tons of manual work now takes minutes to produce a solid draft. That frees me up to focus on bigger-picture relationship-building and other strategic tasks, instead of getting buried in writing and editing.
Another big win is how easy it is to find customer proof. With Peerbound’s moments and G2 integrations, I can instantly spot happy customers, pull out great quotes, and uncover competitive insights—without having to rely solely on our CSMs or spend hours digging through data. It also helps me respond quickly to last-minute requests, like finding the perfect customer for a media opportunity, and it’s broadened our network of advocates overall.
By centralizing all our customer content in one place, Peerbound has made our advocacy efforts more efficient, impactful, and scalable—for marketing, sales, and everyone else on the team.

 ### 25. Peerbound has significantly boosted our ability to create impactful customer proof

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackson Y. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound makes it so easy to create case studies that highlight our strengths. It’s user-friendly, fits seamlessly into our workflow, and the support team is incredibly helpful.

The content we created in Peerbound helped us beat out the competition and secure a six-figure deal because it made the client feel comfortable in making the decision to go with us.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

Frankly, not much as this was a massive time-saver for me and I was impressed with the story quality. One request is that I’d like more customization options for customer stories design. However, they’re actively updating the platform, so I’m sure we’ll have more flexibility soon.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound helps us quickly generate powerful case studies that validate our work. This has really helped set us apart in a highly competitive market.

 ### 26. Drastically reduced the time to identify the most relevant customer quotes in real-time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajat R. | Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound dramatically accelerates customer case study creation, transforming what once took days into just a matter of hours. My favourite feature is 'Moments'. Peerbound automatically collects positive customer feedback from various channels and categorizes them as 'Moments.' I can filter these Moments using criteria like competitive clues, impact insights, people praise, or sentiment signals to identify the most relevant customer quotes.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

Everything works great for us! The team at Peerbound is always available for support and do their best to accommodate special requests.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time taken to create case studies has reduced from days to hours
Time taken to identify most relevant customer quotes in real-time is now possible
Broadcasting the latest customer quotes to all the members in an organization is now entirely automated

 ### 27. Peerbound brings awesome voice-of-customer insights into your company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will C. | Founding LP, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

One of the best parts of Peerbound is how it quickly flags positive customer sentiment, competitive intelligence, and ROI insights and brings it to you in Slack, on their app, and other places. It streamlines our review strategy and saves us a ton of time. It also helps us find many advocates we never would have known about before.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

There is occasionally too much good stuff that comes through. Some settings around controlling the volume of moments and advocates would be helpful, but the team is receptive to feedback and super fast at building new features.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound helps us understand why our customers choose Braze over the competition and what value they get from our products. It also helps us find advocates and use customer proof point to combat competitors' talking points.

 ### 28. Peerbound makes creating customer stories easy and insightful, saving me loads of time.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

I really appreciate how much simpler it is to create impactful customer stories. It’s straightforward to use, and the way it pulls out important moments and sentiments from calls is super helpful. The integration with our existing tools like GoodMeetings also makes my workflow smoother. On top of that, the support team has been great when I need help. Overall, Peerbound saves me and my team a lot of time and energy.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

It would be helpful if there was a way to upload multiple files at once. Having that option would make it even easier to create a story from different sources. Other than that, I’ve been really happy with what Peerbound offers.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound takes a lot of the time consuming effort out of creating customer stories. It pulls out key themes and quotes, and highlights the most important parts of our calls, which helps me quickly see what customers value about our product. This saves me time and makes our stories more compelling, strengthening our customer advocacy efforts.

 ### 29. A Game-Changer for Customer Stories

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily F. | Solution Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Peerbound?**

Peerbound is far and away the best partner I've worked with in my career. Their support is second to none, and the speed at which they've built & improved their platform is incredible.

Peerbound has made capturing, organizing, and generating customer stories so much easier for us. It is really intuitive to use, and easy to get started with. The transcription feature is super accurate, saving me tons of time I used to spend doing this manually or correcting other software. It creates a solid first draft and outline of customer stories, which improves my workflow so much by helping me summarize information and giving me a great starting point. I can't forget the Slack integration, which is going to transform how we share stories and insights with the rest of our organization.

We love working with the Peerbound team—the team is fun and easy to work with, very open to feedback, and really responsive. They are collaborative and forward-thinking. Peerbound truly listens to their customers and takes action on their feedback, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other vendors I've worked. Every call we have with them, they roll out new (and USEFUL) updates, so the platform just keeps getting better.

**What do you dislike about Peerbound?**

They're making me put something here, but there really isn't anything we don't like about Peerbound. We push the boundaries with Peerbound and use it for quite a few fringe use cases, and sometimes there isn't a feature readily available for these situations (which we know is on us). When we bring it up with the Peerbound team, they're always happy to solution with us to figure out how we can use their existing capabilities to achieve our goals OR come up with a great new product improvement to help us out.

**What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peerbound streamlines our entire customer story process by automating transcription, quote selection, and initial drafts. We can produce polished, engaging stories faster, which means more resources for our sales, marketing, and delivery teams. Peerbound's new Slack integration will transform knowledge management for us as well by surfacing relevant stories to our teams. So it's solving two big problems for us -- creating content quickly to capitalize on relevant stories, and content utilization, by surfacing these stories so our team can easily find and use them.
