**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

PeakPro is easy for our customers to use and makes it easy for us to run reports, track bookings and allows for all our owners to have an account. It also allows us to book online for our customers and view our bookings.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

We have been having PeakPro for a short period of time and have not come across anything we do not like about the program. So far it is running well for us. Customers have not had any complaints either.

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PeakPek is helping our clients to book online instead of calling. It also tracks all online bookings on our side so we know when we have tours booked and tracks past bookings.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

The actual PeekPro 5 was very good and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

The new PeekPro 6 is all the opposite. We made so many complaints about their ïmprovemnets."  but they don't care. With the new Peek Pro 6, as a salesperson, you need to take more steps to make a reservation, reschedule, and collect the payment. The reservations don't have all the details that we need on the first page like before. So many things are just simply wrong. There are 2-3 good upgrades, but then 5-6 bad downgrades, so it is not worth. There are so many different reservation systems on the market that will actually customize to user needs and less expensive.

No benefits. Just a lot of problems that take forever to resolve.

Text message confirmation is formatted incorrectly. I've contacted Support three or four times and other Peek employees and still the problem persists

The onboarding process is wonderful and helpful. The support seems to be pretty great as well.

There were a couple of issues post-launch with this client, and we have had some feedback from customers booking through peek, feeling that the experience was not intuitive and generated some confusion.

This particular client was solving the issue of wanting to try another operator from Fare Harbor but is not fully convinced that they will remain on Peek Pro at this early stage.

Payment processing is easy
The automated tasks, once configured, save me a lot of time
I like the integration with Google calendar

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

We need a better way to blackout dates on the calendar. Right now, I need to do them 1 day at a time which is cumbersome, especially when we have a 3-4 month period where we do not run our tours.

We need a way to blackout parts of a day. For example, if I want to block out a morning or an afternoon but not the whole day, I don't think there's a way to do it.

Rescheduling activities to a different date or time is cumbersome. Also, when we reschedule or cancel an activity, notifications are not sent out to the guide assigned to the activity. This bug needs to be fixed.

**Recommendations to others considering Peek Pro:**

Compare and contrast to similar products carefully. Some other products may be bigger and more established but you need to look at all of the features to in order to do a true comparison. Also, I found the fees charged by Peek were less than some of the bigger names and also more configurable. We could customize the taxes and fees as well as deposits to do exactly what I wanted. Other platforms had less flexibility in this area. Peek also has excellent integration with Google Analytics which is hugely important in analyzing my advertising/marketing efforts.

Automated tasks like emails make my life easier. It saves me time and allows me to focus on other aspects of my business.

Onboarding staff were nice and it was easy to like at first.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

They sit on your booking funds and won't pay out until several days after the booked activity date.  This wasn't disclosed and I found this out after the account was set up and bookings were made.  After all this work setting up the account I am now moving on to another service provider.

**Recommendations to others considering Peek Pro:**

If you choose this provider be absolutely sure you set up your deposits for purchase date before you roll out the widgets.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

Scheduling and prepayment are simplified making sure you aren't showing up to an empty classroom for no-call, no-show days when students had previously payed day of events.  In my area of business, this is extremely important, as students who do not pay ahead of time, tend to not show up.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

You do need to invest some time to get all of the system working for you... especially ensuring automatic emails/communications go out correctly... there is a little difficulty when dealing with customers who have inccorectly reported charges as fraudulent... though Peek has instituted remedies to alllow for chargebacks to take place.

**Recommendations to others considering Peek Pro:**

This software is loaded with features and they only get payed if you get paid.  THey work on a commission basis, not on a flat fee.  Their support is fantastic.  I can call their support line and usually get any questions answered and problems solved in a matter of minutes.  THey also had some technical personell who helped me through software integration with my website, which helped me greatly, as I am not a computer guy.  My expertise lies in other specific areas.

I schedule all my class dates, take all of my payments and keep in communication with clients through their software platform.  It is a one stop shop to handle the back end of my business and seemlessly integrates with my business website.  The reports utilities are also extremely helpful in tracking business performance and maintaining financial records for accounting/tax purposes.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

I was able to implement my online reservation calendar within the timeframe I needed. My onboarding specialist was FANTASTIC and consulted her colleagues regarding some unique scheduling needs with my business. Their solution is working quite well for me. 

I believe my quick success was rooted in my clear vision and understanding of what I needed and prior experience. Any person evaluating a 3rd party software should have a clear and translatable concept with detailed inventory/add on needs, including text/content/pics in the onboarding process. Don't wait to compile that when you sign up, you'll be behind the ball—your best chance at efficient and exact development of a system is in that short on boarding time. Relying on the next level of support to make significant changes will likely be less personal and take longer, but that is the name of the game with this type of tech implementation to your website. One-shot - get it right!

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

I would like to see better functionality on the app regarding blackout dates and the ability to modify them for rentals.

Less phone calls and easy visibility to my weekend schedule. I like how easy the console is to you.

Our rental operation is a little bit completed with multiple products and seasonality, prices, and mix-n-match options. This tool works quite good and any trouble setting it up is a phone call away! Quite an efficient service and customers love it because they can self serve and let me do my business.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

Sometimes I ask for features that are not in the system. Although, most of the time they have a workaround. There are some features in the "Product Activites" section of configuration that I wish were also in the "Product Rentals". But none were show stoppers and the tech folks provided satisfactory solutions.

Easy to configure products, pricing, and calendar features.
Configuring rental products was relatively easy. ricing and calendar setup is quite powerful and best of all customers love the seamless integration with my website and ease of completing a transaction.

Easily adapted to suit with our business operations - we've never needed to change how we do things to fit with Peek.  A comprehensive suite of services and easy for our non-computer staff to understand and use.

Over the eight years we've had Peek, I've looked at various competitors but never seen any software that would suit our business better.  Very happy with the role Peek has played in our business success over a sustained period of time.

As a small business, Happy Flights has no dedicated admin person.  All staff members perform different administrative functions with Peek software being the common platform they work on. It connects us all, saves us considerable time and ensures consistency and accuracy.

I really appreciate the support I get when I have issues. I like the options and versatility of the booking system. The app is great.

I have been having issues with the waiver links. Some clients will go to sign the waiver and the link does not work. I would also really like to receive the actual booking confirmation email that gets sent to clients vs an automated one that doesn't reflect the actual email. That way I can be sure that the email being sent to clients is correct.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

During the demo and in the first month, it appeared to be a robust service provider with advanced functionality. BUT several key services have simply not worked or we've been told they don't have that functional yet, even though we were told they did in the demo.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

Incorrect guest charges! The biggest issue is that our guests are getting charged more than we think they are - our system shows an amount, and that is what we get paid, less Peek's hefty commission, yet they guests are getting charged a different amount on their credit cards!! This is possible fraud, and is incredibly damaging to our reputation.

**Recommendations to others considering Peek Pro:**

Do not use this service. The demo is a serious misrepresentation of their services. The worst thing is that they are overcharging our guests!

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No benefits. High user fees and considerable use of my staff resources to troubleshoot. In the demo, they said they have a digital waiver - but really, it's almost unusable. Their solution was a 3rd party provider that is a $1300 set up fee, and $149 a month afterwards. They said they could migrate our customer data. Still waiting on that. Their reporting is faulty, so many features are glitchy, or so difficult to figure out that we are constantly calling their support. But overcharging our guests is a SERIOUS ISSUE!!

The system works just fine in every aspect and has a decent overall funtionality.

Peek Pro's support team is the worse. They have been retaining my payouts for more that 3 months putting my whole operation in risk. They are not reliable and I'm not trusting them anymore.

Is that is very user friendly for the user to the company when you setup the platform, also is just 100 usd for everything and is easy to use very responsive.

That all the final pricing they add their fee for instance if the tour cost 100 usd they charge to the guests 106 to 110 usd

Very affordable with only an installment fee. Very easy to use and helps me manage my business. There are so many things the software can do its amazing.

There is nothing I dislike with the software it has surpassed my expectations.

Don't worry about the service fees. You will see more online bookings.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

Peek's clean interface and compatibility on all devices makes for easy management of the day or week's activities. The calendar view is the backbone of our shop's daily activities. We can see all scheduled bike tours, rentals, and service appointments at a glance, and easily add a new booking for any one when needed. 

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

Reports are not customizable enough to find exactly the information I require at times. One notable example is the inability to pull a report of all "Reseller" emails (going through and doing this manually for 100+ resellers is BRUTAL). Additionally we find that the pages that peek defaults to when opened, "Dashboard" and "Manifest", are all but useless to our business. Not sure why those are the required startup screen for Peek, but our shop runs 85% of the time off the Calendar view and Activities Schedule. 

**Recommendations to others considering Peek Pro:**

Great for a simple interface for a simple business model. When things get more complicated, Peek has some drop-offs that other software will have to fill in.

Peek Pro manages our bike shop's very busy booking schedule of tours/rentals/service appointments etc.We have a very busy schedule and having it live in one place is key to our success. Additionally we've integrated custom booking options for users when they book a tour or rental with us. When they book, the user can add a variety of options at that time like a built-in gratuity or tshirt purchase...

The backend of the site is easy to use once it is set up.  

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

No "shopping cart" feature so users can't book more than one style of bike at a time - like an adult bike and a kids bike; Can't book by date - users have to select a bike first, and then see if its available the date they want it, which it often is not, as we have one of each style of bike. The waiver is not part of the booking process, so if the customer reserves in person, they have to reserve on our website (no booking app exists) and then switch to a table to fill the waiver. Too many steps for people on vacation.

Only recommend if have a small fleet of rentals, they can't handle a larger operation.

We rent bikes and schedule guided trips and need an online booking software that could do both. They still need massive refinement of the rental booking portion.

The service charges are mostly paid by customers. Very nice calendar and oversight of future cruises. Awesome fast customer service. Excellent know how. They are even able to add a "book now" button to my Vistaprint website!

The interface and easy use. It's simple enough to train others to use and has everything we need together in one place

Peek pro has been force quitting, not pulling up correct dates, and no longer let's you change the amount of people attending the tour upon check in. 

**Recommendations to others considering Peek Pro:**

This software is great, though when it comes time for updates wait to do so until the bugs have been smoothed out otherwise it will fail you on your busiest weekends.

Not solving business problems per say, but the benefits are that tour guests can see what's available before reserving or coming in.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

Customer service is top notch! They have 24/7 support via live chat or phone, and I've found both methods to be very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

They're missing some functionality that I find really important, like support to loyalty programs and two-factor authentication. I would like to see them stay up on features like these that are standard in other areas of hospitality and software.

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Almost 100% of my booking process is automated, which saves a tremendous amount of time and allows customers to book without having to call me. Customers love the convenience of being able to book online.
