I was so impressed from the begining! Onboarding was so easy to navigate and had a very personal feel to the whole process. Once that was finished it was a breeze to intergrate onto my website! The support they provide users is amazing. If I cant find what I'm looking for in one of the hundereds of help articals, I know I can get a fast anwser using the live chat feature (I use this feature more then I should admit when I'm in a hurry!) Duirng my rental season I am always looking at new ways to improve my business and with all the features Peek offers I'm defintly keeping things fresh for my clients! There is so much helpful informaiton that sometimes I feel like I can go down rabbit holes when I'm looking for something particular. Thats not really a bad thing but for short attention spanned people like myself it can sometimes be overwhelming! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice if the features for the activities products were also available for the rental products, such as widget views and customer-facing enhancements. Easy to use both for guests and the customer service team. Easy access to help articles or staff. Our implementation was very successful and when we hit a small bump they worked immediately to fix the issue. Customer support has been above and beyond with easy access to humans and articles for help. I use they system daily from a computer and my phone. There are so many features it's hard to find something I need it to do that it doesn't. We did some integration of records from our old system and they did it for us flawlessly. I like a feature that allows guests to leave gratuity at the end of their experience but it is only because we won't process payment until the guest closes out at the end. That said, the "tipping feature" that caused us to choose Peek Pro in the first place above Checkfront and Fareharbor is actually an incredibly unreliable feature and we have had to refund hundreds of guests after receiving reports of double charges. Their gratuity system is not clear, and has caused an unmeasurable amount of frustration from both our guests and our staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything. For one, the customer servie is absolutely horrible. No one who works for Peek Pro knows anything about it. You may as well call a local McDonalds and ask them somehting about Peek Pro and the representative on the phone willl know just at much. Most importantly. I used Peek Pro for the entire 2023 season. I honestly can tell you what our actual sales were, how many rentals we had or how many guests because every report I pull form them is inconsistent. I contacted support. Its been almost 3 weeks and no one can answer the simple question "What were our sales". They take care of every aspect of booking. They make sure to only offer times when it is available, provide confirmation and follow up emails automatically. They even send emails to people who started a booking but didn't complete it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They are still making somewhat major changes to the software which comes with kinks they have these great features they are working on but I have no idea when the promised features are planned to be released. I have also experienced a few bugs with the software and when I created a help ticket they said they are aware and they are working on it, without telling me it is expected to be a week, a month, a year before it is fixed.
