As someone who does not have a data engineering or data science background the guidance provided by the support team helped us to easily set up our first models. We were able to improve our prediction speed and quality as well as gaining valuable insights into our data. The team at Pecan did an amazing job at giving us small improvements that were easy to understand and implement. The AI chat function for the SQL Queries helped us massively. Mainly being able to control the Predictive Question as well as the influencing attributes was a big positive and took away the feeling of having a complete black box. Although Pecan offered many advantages for our particular use case, it unfortunately still lacks features for detecting data drifts or anomalies, as well as the ability to flag unexpected trends—capabilities that would have been extremely useful for us. Additionally, without the excellent support provided by the Pecan Team, setting up an effective model that truly benefited our daily operations would have been quite challenging, as we had little expertise in ML - Algorithms and models.
