Lack of timely communication or justification for decisions made. Unmet deadlines, with no accountability or revised timelines offered. A pattern of decision-making based on assumptions, rather than a clear reading of the evidence and existing compliance frameworks. In one instance, I was even advised to “adjust” a document issued by a government body—an impractical and inappropriate suggestion, especially for an organisation tasked with legal onboarding. This would not be possible in my current employment if VG was not a part of it. ### 49.
