**What do you like best about Peak Sales Recruiting?**

I appreciated their sales recruiting focus. This provided candidates from outside the areas I would generally look for candidate's within our team. They were able to source passive candidates who were a better fit for the role than the active candidates available via resume database searches. It also saved me a considerable amount of time searching for quality candidates when I was an HR department of one.

**What do you dislike about Peak Sales Recruiting?**

I feel the pricing structure, ROI, and performance metrics were not as transparent as they should have been. I also think the quota driven work environment pushes recruiters to present candidates who are outside of the metrics discussed as required for the position and in doing so, it wastes time and the quality of candidates.

**Recommendations to others considering Peak Sales Recruiting:**

Before signing a contract, clearly lay out the performance expectations and milestones you expect along the process. Let the recruiter know which metrics you want to see from Peak Sales Recruiting because you are not likely to get it if you dont include it in your contract. You will need to be diligent about following up with your recruiter to ensure interest isnt lost if there's a long-lead time for filling the position. I really enjoyed working with Thalia and feel most of the candidates she was able to source for our team were quality candidates I wouldn't have found on my own.

**What problems is Peak Sales Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a high-level, niche sales operations role for our team. We knew we needed a team dedicated to this search as I couldn't do it on my own as an HR department of one. Working with Peak Sales Recruiting was a positive experience; Thalia had the expertise to find solid leads that resulted in a quality pool of candidates that were outside of the realm I'd typically recruit from for our company.

THey take your money and happy to neglect you after.

They are going to make it sound like they are doing something special and its worth putting money down, but they don't. They are as good as a mid-level recruitment agency. After putting my money down, they sent me 3 CV, one of them actually tried to blackmail me. And once they realized that they can't deliver what I need, they just disapeared.
