This provided candidates from outside the areas I would generally look for candidate's within our team. They were able to source passive candidates who were a better fit for the role than the active candidates available via resume database searches. It also saved me a considerable amount of time searching for quality candidates when I was an HR department of one. **What do you dislike about Peak Sales Recruiting?** I feel the pricing structure, ROI, and performance metrics were not as transparent as they should have been. I also think the quota driven work environment pushes recruiters to present candidates who are outside of the metrics discussed as required for the position and in doing so, it wastes time and the quality of candidates. **Recommendations to others considering Peak Sales Recruiting:** Before signing a contract, clearly lay out the performance expectations and milestones you expect along the process. Let the recruiter know which metrics you want to see from Peak Sales Recruiting because you are not likely to get it if you dont include it in your contract. You will need to be diligent about following up with your recruiter to ensure interest isnt lost if there's a long-lead time for filling the position. They are as good as a mid-level recruitment agency. After putting my money down, they sent me 3 CV, one of them actually tried to blackmail me.
