PDS **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2018 **What do you like best about PDS Church Office?** I like that it is able to organize all of the families information such as contact information, religious sacraments, and students who attend school all in one place. In addition, the search bar is key to being able to find families quickly and easily so that we can have access their information as quickly as possible. Everything is very well organized. **What do you dislike about PDS Church Office?** What I dislike about PDS is that there is a lot of room for human error. The system has not completely kept up with all of the new technology that has been created so far which can make it more difficult to put down contact information for various work e-mails and cell phone numbers. Some of that has to do with families not giving their contact information down correctly, but PDS could update how we input information and what information we put in. **Recommendations to others considering PDS Church Office:** It is still a great product that allows for our work to organize information about parishioners easily and efficiently. It has streamlined the process by which we organize information about parishioners and allowed the school and the church to work together by sharing information. The only issue is that would be an extra appreciative step is if PDS also had something that was integrated with fundraising. Right now we have information about members career, but not how much money they make nor what fundraisers they donated to and in what capacity (individual or business). It would be nice, since we are a church, to be able to include that information about members. **What problems is PDS Church Office solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problems that we are solving with PDS Church Office are organizationally. By using PDS we have realized that the benefits are numerous. We can quickly find parishioners information for fundraising, sacraments, children's information and be able to do so quickly and without error. ### 2.
