At work, I often have to fill out all kinds of questionnaires, surveys, and other documents. PDFLiner greatly simplifies all these processes. I like that I can customize any form to suit a particular situation without bothering with complex tools. If I have an urgent need to fill out a form, I can do it at any time. Apart from the fact that this service does not have its own app, I haven’t noticed any significant shortcomings. And given that it's quite comfortable to use even in the phone browser, it's not a problem at all. Otherwise, it completely suits me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Why do all those expensive PDF solutions like Acrobat can’t have such straightforward UIs as this one? I don’t know, but I’m using only PDFLiner for now. For less than 10 bucks a year, I get a thoroughly crafted online PDF editor that works without flaws and doesn’t take me through mind games when I need to find a feature quickly. All the tools are listed on the home page, and you can easily reach every tool in the editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the interface is perfectly clear and straightforward, I really lack the dark theme when I work on my documents in the evening. The dark theme would make it easier to use the website at low brightness. I’m sure it will be added sooner or later as most websites already have it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have compared 5 or 6 different PDF editors, including both online and offline apps. This particular one caught me with an affordable personal tier that covers all the website features but collaborative editing, which I don’t need. However, I need everything else, including electronic signatures, tax form library, and online editing! Unlike other solutions I’ve tried, this one has it all for me. It would be great if PDFLiner had a mobile application for document editing. It’s not really a problem as I can use the mobile version of the website without any issues, but an app would make reaching out to the tools a bit faster and reduce the amount of mobile traffic needed to load the website every time, I guess. Please, PDFLiner, let me know when you will make an app for smartphones! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PDFLiner is a really handy and easy-to-learn editor for working with PDF files. I can download and edit the document I need online on any device. I have several people under my supervision, so I use the Premium version so that all employees have the same tools. I like that I can easily share files with coworkers and quickly collect signatures. In the process of using it, I did not notice any notable drawbacks with this service. Perhaps they could expand the export options and add more formats besides PDF, JPG, and PNG. However, as far as I understand, the devs work on this issue, so it will be improved in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most important thing is that PDFLiner is really unfussy. I appreciate this kind of no-frills design because it saves me a lot of time navigating the menus. I don’t have to wait for ages until it loads, and there are very few advanced functions I miss. It’s great for introducing quick changes to existing files and templates, and you can do it almost anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I wish PDFLiner had a multi-document view. I mean, I’d like to be able to look at two documents side by side as a way of comparing them. Luckily, the support says they are working to implement this feature, so we might be able to contrast two PDF files at the same time soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well, it offers 4 different options to sign PDF documents! That’s very handy when you don’t know which option you might need with the next applicant. At least, that’s how it is in my company.
I find it very convenient to stamp my saved signature on every uploaded document and let applicants draw their signs from any device during remote meetings. All I need to do is share access to the form via a custom temporary link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although I like everything pretty much, I would like it even more if the developers added an option to send direct e-sign requests to non-users in a more unified way. Now I have to use query templates I made in Gmail, but I’d like to avoid opening that website all the time. I hope it’s something they can implement in the nearest updates. My business involves working with PDFs around 50% of the time daily. Besides, I prefer to keep records and file taxes all by myself. With PDFLiner, I have all my work-related PDFs carefully stored on the cloud accessible from my laptop and smartphone without installing any software. The online editor is streamlined and offers everything a solo professional needs, including a comprehensive database of templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the PDF to JPG converter very useful, and I don’t know any faster way to do it than on PDFLiner. However, I also want to convert other image formats. Yes, I can upload a PNG and save it as a PDF document, but it would take less time if I don’t have to open the doc and save it manually. I reached out to the support service, and they seemed to be working on the converter update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
