I am not a fan of the default ribbon menu, but users have the option to switch back to the classic menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is straightforward to use. The Ribbon Menu is intuitive, and new features and fixes get released often. Another plus is that it's available for many platforms, like Windows, macOS and Linux, which I use. The question is difficult to answer because I like it a lot, but if possible, I would have it be a bit more optimized, perhaps written in C or using QT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. The competitive advantage of this PDF tool is the ability to create a PDF from different types of files (Image, MS Office, Multiple files selection at once, Or even directly from a connected scanner which I find very practical).

2. All other PDF normal features are also included but I think this is already available in many different tools as well.

3. The convert tab gives me good options to create and convert to different types of files (Text, Web view, HTML) So I don't have to use different tools, one tool to create, and also then generate different formats for our use cases.

4. Forms tab gives also a great option to add BUTTONs or texts quickly and easily in the PDF which then can do a specific configured action.

5. I also like the sanitize, digital signature, and timestamps (Did not try it on a tablet, only on a windows OS so far). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Price is not suitable for personal usage, I think it's more for companies or professionals (But I like that it's also possible per quantities).

2. As with most of the tools, with the trial version has some limits, I don't like that during the trial I can not use all features to have a good judgment of the tool, this applies for example to apply a watermark on each page (On top of the PDF page, I find the position of the watermark not suitable). I like that PDF Studio is cross platform so I can use it even under Linux. When using other PDF tools un der linux sometimes the text would shift around making the document slightly off, this does not happen with PDF Studio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me the least useful part is create PDF From MS Office because of using Libre Office and saving documents in open office format instead of MS Office format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love The OCR feature. it works much better than any other PDF editor out there, and its much simpler to use unlike other PDF editors; we tried the trial for a few days and purchased the pro version and are happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The program has an intuitive interface and has progressively gotten better. The Tools are easy to use. For scanning the program is far superior to my previous program which was Adobe Acrobat Pro10..

Lately, when booting up my computer, I have found that the program is slow to load.

PDF pro offers a lot(if not all) the same features as Adobe PDF does but without the monthly fee. You can edit content like images and text and sign your name easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As PDF studio is limited to only PDF files, so for other types of file formats like doc, jpeg etc., we have to search for the other softwares. A straightforward, easy and intuitive tool with great functionalites where you can seamlessly generate and share pdf documents with colleagues and clients. With its intuitive UI, one can easily create, manage, and edit pdf files, add annotations, create watermarks, digital signatures, time stamps etc., keeping the original formatting intact.
