It provides various different tools which have been useful for automating several components of our business. It does seem as though a solution to most issues which you may come across has been thought of and implemented. **What do you dislike about PDF.co?** It can at times be more complicated than is completely necesary, and the resources for receiving help or developing an understanding of how some of the more advanced features work is quite limited. The credits for this software do not last nearly as long as we had hoped that they would and some of the features which use the credits (like 2 credits spent every time we refresh the website) seem like they should be free. **What problems is PDF.co solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use PDF.co to collect information from invoices and delivery notes which we receive via email. We've subsequently started using it for other purposes like creating personalised documents - it makes adding text and even images to documents effortless, I particularly like the tool that allows you to plot out all the text/image positions so when you code it, you have all the positions ready to implement. It's really easy to use via Zapier and also directly via their API. Our business has saved hours of repetitive work by using PDF.co **What do you dislike about PDF.co?** The only downside is the credit system. In fairness, they have created a tool that allows you to see how many credits a task will use. But you have to be diligent to make sure that any jobs do not eat up lots of credits. Other than that, I'm very happy with it. **What problems is PDF.co solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Zoho CRM and need to create various personalised documents when a customer signs up for our service. PDF.co allows us to automate those process entirely - passing the details to PDF.co and attaching the document back to our CRM to send to the customer.
