Our certificate generation process was manual, expensive, as it required two people to do it, and presented several problems and delays of several days until the student could access the certificate. I then decided to automate this process and, to do so, I looked for an API that was easy to integrate and that would generate and present the PDF certificate to the student quickly and assertively. I confess that I tested other APIs! But none of them surpassed PDF.co. During the free trial period, I was able to implement everything I needed; it was fantastic, easy and fast! Then every endpoint you use has it's own credit amount. They do have a calculator but you really don't know till you test and finalize it. **What problems is PDF.co solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have over 10,000 URLs that each contain a PDF or webpage or document but we did not want to have to manually go to each and download so we used the API to extract whats on the URL, convert to a PDF, store it temporairly and push us the temp file URL so we can push into a google sheet and we wrote a script to download directly to a folder. This has and will save us hours upon hours for a relatively low cost. We will likely have to do around 25,000 to 50,000 of these and should only cost us a couple hundred dollars. ### 22. Because of this I've been able to catch errors on the Make.com side of things. **What do you dislike about PDF.co?** Only 1 little glitch in running massive amounts of scenarios and it was a server overload. They simply had a high-usage period and I got an error in Make. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to identify the actual error until I reached out to support at PDFco and it was responded to in a very timely fashion. **What problems is PDF.co solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing invoice data and filling out new forms. We extract data from invoices, use OpenAI to analyze the data and then fill out a new form. Then we alternate the original invoice with the new document and get a fresh interlaced output of documents. ### 50.
