What do you like best about PCM Sales, Inc.?

PCM Sales, Inc. provides medium and large enterprises with operations advice and training. It also offers IT design, management, and computing services to hospitals, government, corporate, and non-profit organizations. What do you dislike about PCM Sales, Inc.?

PCM Sales does not connect illiterate people since it demands extensive training and exposure. I dislike the fact that PCM cannot provide more of its services on a monthly payment plan. Paying an annual price for subscription services is difficult for smaller enterprises owing to expenses/cash flow. This may be beyond PCM control (as in the case of Adobe). Inventory levels reported online are frequently substantially greater than real on-hand inventory, leading to shopping hassles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PCM Sales, Inc.:

PCM Sales, Inc is a legitimate platform for connecting and tracking excellent customers all over the world. Make sure you receive a decent sales representative; if you don't think you have the greatest one for you, request another. Buy and commit early for hardware, regardless of your advertised inventory levels; nice units will sell quickly. We mostly purchase Lenovo products and are quite pleased with PCM handling of the goods as well as Lenovo assistance. Extended warranties may appear to be costly, but I've had to use them several times and they've paid for themselves in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PCM Sales, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?

It offers IT computing, administration, and design to all sorts of enterprises. This PCM delivers gear quickly and offers outstanding service and support. Managing our Office licenses used to be difficult; today it is straightforward, quick, and responsive. The more time we spend working with PCM, the more value we gain. What do you like best about PCM Sales, Inc.?

PCM is a great place to work for the payments are a way better. The management is Incredible, and I feel like I am paid both for the time in the home and the driving time. I wish there were more visits available in my area!

What do you dislike about PCM Sales, Inc.?

Aside from the acquisition by Insight throwing things into temporary chaos, I dislike that PCM is unable to offer more of their services on a monthly payment plan. For smaller companies, paying an annual fee for subscription services is challenging due to expenses/cash-flow. This may be beyond PCM's control (as in the case of Adobe).

The reported inventory levels online are often far greater than the actual available inventory which leads to frustrations with shopping/purchasing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Make sure to get a good sales rep. If you don't, ask for another. Advocate and you'll find one that is solid. I just happened to luck out.

PCM gets me hardware quickly and provides great service/support for O365 environments. It used to be challenging to manage our Office licenses--it is now simple, fast, and responsive.
