While the courses were extremely valuable and well tailored to our focus, I honestly think the most valuable aspect was the team—especially Joanna and Travis. They asked insightful questions and took the time to understand our business needs and how our department operates, which made it easy to trust that the courses were being catered to what we actually needed. The AI roleplays were also very valuable; as an SDR team, having a way to practice calls with something that understands the personas in our industry made a real difference. We saw a noticeable increase in our monthly performance by leveraging the cold call framework. The interface was also very helpful to track progress and performance on the quizzes and roleplays as a manager to make sure I can see my entire team in one place. The only downsides are things that I already feel are being worked out by the team, having industry specific knowledge to make sure we are able to specify our tone and outreach style to the automotive, however the AI roleplay was set up in such a way that addressed that as well as I could have hoped for. Unlike other platforms that force you into a rigid, chronological curriculum, PClub allows me to skip the skills I’ve already mastered and focus entirely on what I need to grow. I also love the variety of presenters. Moving away from the "one-voice" model used by competitors makes the content much more engaging and provides a broader range of tactical styles. I have never seen a more comprehensive training platform specifically designed for Tech Sales. With 10+ years in Tech Sales, I have completed many different sales trainings but this one is by far the most comprehensive. I really like the role specific training (AE/AM, SDRs, CSMs, RevOps etc). The platform also has extensive training videos for every part of the sales cycle (introduction, discovery, demo´s, multi-threading, follow-ups, planning and prepping, negotiation etc). The platform is easy to use, has some good analytics and you can even use AI-based roleplays to practice. I have already learned lots and am excited to start leveraging this.
