What do you like best about PayU?

PayU can be easily integrated to most Online e-commerce software, all you need is secure a merchant account and your security key, add that to your online shop and you are ready to accept payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayU?

When you use PayU to accept payments, your payments are only released once a week which can easily become a cash flow problem, most businesses don't like such and would prefer their payments released at least next day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PayU:

If you are looking for a payment gateway that works with most e-commerce software then Payu is the way to go, you can easily integrate more than one platform with the PayU gateway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PayU solving and how is that benefiting you?

I guess the one good thing is that it works. but of course expensive and impossible to get service. simple questions dont get an answer within 3 days. so if you are in a hurry for simple questions , forget it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

dont do it, it is hard to get your money from payu to any account of your wish. Customer service does not answer questions before 3 days, even simple questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PayU solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can have online payments now, but I am waiting already for a 1,5 week to get my bankaccount verified and I have customers every day but payu makes it impossible for me to transfer my money to any bank account , let alone my own bank account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PayU?

This is one of the best payment gateway in

my openion. It has a lot of payments option including all types of virtual wallet and upi payments option and accepted by many trusted seller Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayU?

It charges 2% of transaction charge for settlement of amount and its settlement also take 2-3 working days. This is the most disappointing factor for most sellers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PayU?

Admittance is quite easy and payment system is simple too. No hidden charges imposed. No transaction cost for payment though bank account.

Local payments can be received by single integration. It also supports IVR payment system which is unique. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayU?

PayU has many fraud issues. There are also few complains about their refund system.

It keeps changing their business model actually they don’t really have concrete stability. The site is basically Indian origin so Indian Local markets get facilitated. Not a ideal payment system for global market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PayU:

One should consider twice using this payment gateway. There are many scam report. Yet it is easy going for Indian local integrates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Though I still have my account in payU but I stopped using it because of its frequent complaining issues regarding fraud and complexity it shows up to the users. I have a mixed opinion regarding this payment gateway system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
