PayU Payment Gateway or PayU PG accept money after transaction failed and they don't give it back. I tried to pay 364 rupees to the department of post for purchasing philatelic items on 15th September 2020. But the transaction was failed and now it is 7th October 2020 and the money not reversed. Where did my money go if the transaction was not completed. It's PayU who is holding our money and making wealth. The Government should black list them from doing business in India. It was only 364 rupees, but think how many people are purchasing from the epostoffice.gov.in and how many of those transactions not completed and then how much money they are holding illegally.
