It makes payments/ money transfers easy by scanning QR codes or sending them via email around the globe. Creating an account is free, and the exchange rates for money transfers are reasonable and much lower than banks offer to move money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their customer support is abysmal. The money transfer sometimes gets flagged for no good reason and takes a very long time to deliver. In cases like these, they ask you for back up documentation and freeze the account, which gets very inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4. One can buy tickets to concerts, tickets, theatre shows, festivals and many more.
5. You can create saving goals and add money and track them.
6. Also, you can withdraw and transfer money easily.
7. One of the interesting things about paysera is you can buy precious metals too like gold, metal bars.
8. One can donate to charities too.
9. You can order paysera visa card and use it for daily life transactions, online and offline both. And make contactless payments if you like.

Cons:
To be honest, I have loved using it.
But I have one problem with its verification process.
There is only passport document available for verification for my country.(india)
Not all the people have passport. But yeah, I understand passport is an individual's universally accepted identification document.
But yeah, in a country like Indiaone may not have passport but have aadhar card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Used to have excellent customer support service a few years ago. But now it feels like their own team does not know what they are doing. One support executive says something, and another executive does a completely different thing on the backend. They have no respect for customers' time anymore. They are not even aware of the rules mentioned in their own website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using Paysera for 3+ years with all my documents verified. For the last few months I have been receiving some extra emergency funds from my brother-in-law to cover up my additional medical bills, this caused my planned monthly turnover to exceed slightly. They restricted my account without any prior notice while I receive funds to pay this weeks medical bills. On the very first day, I provided them all the documents, re-verified my identity via video call and fulfilled all their demands. They rejected my KYC mentioning that I had not provided a tax number. I explained to them in the email that in my country we do not get a tax number issued for individuals. I even sent them the link of a webpage FROM THEIR OWN PAYSERA WEBSITE that has more details about TIN number of each country and my country was not in that list as we do not have any tax number. They rejected my KYC yet again asking for the same tax number.
I provided them my national ID and explained to the customer support through email that in my country national ID is the only document we use for tax related purposes. The support executive assured me that the details have been forwarded and my account would be verified within 24 hours, but then they rejected my KYC again asking AGAIN for the tax number.
I have wasted my entire week back and forth telling them the same exact thing, but one representative says something and then in the backend another representative keeps rejecting the KYC. It seems like they have turned this into a sick game. If they needed any verification, they could have asked me before at the beginning of the month, but they waited until I received the family funds to block the money. The worst part is, even after I complied with all their requests and provided all the documents timely, yet they played their sick joke back and forth for a whole week and my medical bills are now on hold for 1 week.
To everyone else out there, even if you are an old and loyal customer of this company, do not trust them with your money. They will restrict your account out of nowhere and hold the funds as long as they can. This company has turned into a living nightmare.
If this is how you want to treat your old customers then I am done with your service. I have already given you all my documents and all my details, so either unblock my account or else close my account and transfer the money to my local bank account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They restricted my account for a 30eur payment to my own Kraken account. Apparently, everything related to crypto is prohibited. Im still waiting for the access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paysera is easy to use and has a userfriendly interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some countries that Paysera does not support, but we have only had one inquiry concerning the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They have quite a few solutions, including micropayments via mobile and ticketing for events. That said, compared to their competitors, they are lacking some components and do not seem quite as mature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Compared to other providers, they do not have some features we wanted and given their experience; we wanted to go with a more established player who had a bit more experience and customer testimonials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
