I appreciate Paysafe's ability to process credit card transactions successfully at a high acceptance rate, as well as handle other payment methods like Skrill, Pay By Bank, and Apple Pay, which are essential for our site's inbound purchases. Paysafe has helped us manage and improve our processing rates as well as identify and prevent fraudulent transactions. Additionally, Paysafe is very responsive to our feedback and often integrates new features to enhance security, fraud prevention, and credit card processing rates. At times, estimates on when new features or fixes will be implemented may be off or miscommunicated. While Paysafe and our account reps have been fantastic, if I could recommend anything, it would be to work on communicating ETAs and requirement due dates a little bit more clearly to help manage expectations. I have a great experience with Paysafe as it handles payments effectively for hundreds of kids with their payment plans.
