I have requested the payment from my client which was rejected due to technical reasons now its been one month payoneer is not reversing my client payment. I have contacted on all the platforms. They are telling my about my payment and asking me to wait for more months. I have talked to many freelancers who are facing the same issue. and after 12 months payoneer did not refund their payment also. Thay are holding their customers money without any reasons and telling them when will they get their payment back. Secondly, they mistreat clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Payoneer? We opened an account and verified it. After that, we send payment requests to clients. The clients had to sign up to Payoneer in order to pay (weird, but ok), and performed the payment. Payoneer even charged them! After several hours we recieved a notification that the payment was cancelled, without providing any reasoning! We approached the customer service, which is the worst I've ever spoke with. They can't answer anything that they don't have a written answer to, and they even admit it... We were told that the payment was declined becuase our Line of Business is not supported. Now I ask: 1. What is it supposed to mean? You approved and verified our account. You know exactly what is our use case and we spoke with a slaes agent from your team who verified our use case and approved it! 2. Why did you let me send payment requests to clients and let the client pay? Why did you charge the clients!? All of that, considering that you already knew thay my Line of Business is allegedly not supported? Then, why didn't you let me know that my Line of Business is not supported? You just send a notification that the payment was declined without any reasoning and becuase of you I had to talk to clients and ask them if their band respect their credit card or is there a problem. That's a disgrace. The worst expirience ever. Moreover, your customer service can't provide any explanation. They just say they understand and send me to some articles about prohibited transactions. The funniest thing is that our services aren't even listed on the prohibited transactions! Payoneer is the worst company in the world, unreliable and can't be trusted. I've spent hours with Payoneer trying to pay a vendor who uses this service, and every single time, there is an issue. The customer service team in place has no clue what their system is doing; swearing payments have gone through but won't provide any proof. You'd be considered lucky if they even understand the issue you're calling about without having to explain it over and over. You could spend 4 hours using Payoneer or 2 seconds using PayPal or Wise.
