What do you like best about PayHOA?

PayHOA Team is very resourceful when you have questions. The system is quick to respond and easy to use. I use this daily at work, and there are so many features available and I am sure they will continue to develope more to integrate up to date reporting. What do you dislike about PayHOA?

The downside is that occasionally some of the users report to us that the system is not working, however, that could be user error and the customer support team is always quick to respond when we need additional support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PayHOA?

We are a community management company that is utilizing PayHOA software and have been for years!

Our clients love the ease of use and our team has all of the tools the need to handle our business tasks on a day-to-day basis. Their customer service is second to none.

What do you like best about PayHOA?

What do you like best about PayHOA?

The customer service that I have received is beyond exceptional! PayHOA has helped with any questions/concerns I've had with great timely answers. This app is also very user friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PayHOA?

PayHOA has offered our neighborhood a relatively turn-key alternative to contracting with a management company. The ability to budget and sync the bank account, communicate with homeowners, manage requests and violations all in one platform makes HOA management possible for the layperson. Setting up our neighborhood was simple and with customized reports we can pull the information we want for the directory, budgeting, invoicing, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayHOA?

The PayHOA team has been very supportive for help and development requests. The most difficult part about using PayHOA has been adoption. Many of our homeowners use to pay their annual dues, but the platform is so much more than that, so we're working on ways to encourage more engagement with the resources available. We look forward to a more robust survey tool and some opt-in/out preferences for homeowners to self-select for different types of communication or what information they would like in the directory. What do you like best about PayHOA?

PayHOA is very budget friendly for small and self-managed HOAs. It offers essential functions that facilitate all aspects of management, making it simple to see our current status in a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayHOA?

The limitations are annoying but definitely not deal-breaking. Homeowners are not able to select their own autopay date, and invoices are not generated for homeowners who have an overpayment in their accounts. We have older owners (many over 70) who are uncomfortable using the program, but we are small enough that it doesn't matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
