"Easy expense tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Payhawk?

The key thing for us is user accesibility and great customer service. We have found both those things with Payhawk. Employees are able to claim expenses through the app or online, as well as submit and upload receipts from their company card. This helps our accounting team to carry out seamless end of month procedures with expenses already categorised by budget and department. The customer service team are friendly and helpful sorting out any glitches or queries in a professional and prompt manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payhawk?

As we use Payhawk for 3 different entities with some employees working across all three entities, it would be helpful to have card names printed on to physical cards. You can name the card online and it will show in the app and online but not on the printed card. This can cause confusion when they have a physical card for each entity and we've had to put sticky labels on them to identify each. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup, Simple UI, and Responsive Support with Great Netsuite Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Payhawk?

It’s easy to use and has a very simple, straightforward UI. I also appreciate the native integrations with external software and our ERP, Netsuite. The setup process is easy, and the support and implementation team has been very responsive whenever we’ve needed help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payhawk?

Sometimes it’s a bit slow when it comes to field autofill and OCR analysis. It would also be great to have more customizable features so it can better support and implement our specific company processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Efficient, and Perfectly Integrated"
5/5
What do you like best about Payhawk?

I like that Payhawk is very easy to use and to explain, both for managing credit cards and expense reports, and for those who need to validate at the accounting level. It is intuitive for both users and administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payhawk?

A feature that I did not find in Payhawk that could have been useful is to have multiple companies of the same group under the same macro entity. Then it would be nice to be able to navigate by keyboard within the "Expenses" section to work on it better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use with Fast, Always-Available Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Payhawk?

It’s easy to use, and the customer support team is always available to help as quickly as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payhawk?

Nothing major comes to mind. Overall, I’m happy with my experience using Payhawk. That said, the card management and request process could be a bit more intuitive for employee accounts, particularly around when an admin’s approval is required and when it isn’t. "Effortless Expense Management, Needs Smarter AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Payhawk?

I think the ease for accountants to use Payhawk is great. It's super easy to upload transactions, submit employee expenses, and get paid quickly. I like that the categories are super easy to select, making sure we're coding the correct transactions to the correct categories, departments, and locations. It's adaptable in terms of which entity you want the transaction to end up in, like applying a line distribution or an amortization journal, which is important for our accounting standards. Also, budget holders found it really helpful because they can get good visibility of their budgets and transactions allocated against their budget in the year and what they've got left. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payhawk?

Some of the AI features aren't working great. It's supposed to auto-populate categories and stuff, but it's not smart enough yet. Sometimes it fills in descriptions or memos that have nothing to do with the transaction. It also occasionally takes the wrong number from the receipts or invoices, which can lead to mistakes. This is especially problematic for non-finance teams trying to upload reimbursable expenses quickly. Also, sometimes the processing of payments just crashes, and I have to wait until the next day or later. And yes, the price is quite high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Raquel Orejas of Payhawk

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Payhawk, especially regarding the ease of use for accountants and budget holders. We understand your concerns about the AI features and payment processing, and we are actively working on enhancements to address these issues.

"Centralized Payments with Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Payhawk?

I think their customer service is quite good; they are always willing to respond whenever you have a question or an issue. I also appreciate having everything centralized, which helps reduce time and makes everything easier. I enjoy having the option to configure all the settings of my entities in one place. It's really useful because I log in once and can manage all of them at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payhawk?

I mean, the only thing is that the way it works could be a little bit more user friendly or more intuitive. The learning curve sometimes can be a little bit high until you understand how the platform works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexibility, Ergonomics, and Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Payhawk?

I appreciate the flexibility and ergonomics of the Payhawk interface. It ensures easy adoption within the team and allows working in a clear and secure environment. Additionally, the customer service is very proactive and present, which helps to quickly resolve issues. They constantly work to improve the use of their tools and offer solutions tailored even for specific situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payhawk?

When there are issues that fall outside the scope, such as a card expense for which the receipt is lost, it is not an ideal situation to handle with Payhawk. These cases should be managed even if they fall outside the usual scope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Raquel Orejas of Payhawk

It's great to hear that Payhawk is helping you pay invoices, reimburse expenses, and analyze reports in a clear and secure environment. We're committed to providing a seamless experience for our users.

"Intuitive Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Payhawk?

I find Payhawk very user-friendly and quite intuitive, especially when it comes to understanding various settings and filters. Unlike other expense management software I've used, Payhawk doesn't impose restrictions on what I can see and filter. With Payhawk, I can pretty much apply every single category that's possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payhawk?

I face problems mainly with currency conversion. Our company has operations abroad and settles invoices or reimburses staff in different currencies. I found some issues particularly with staff reimbursements. What happens is you end up reimbursing them with their currency, and if you don't have an allocated port for that currency, it would end up being a conversion from your Sterling account to settle that. Then there's a sort of reverse FX value of that payment against the invoice, and you get a mismatch. I'd like for the admin to have more control over setting the amounts and editing those situations where it can lock up quite easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Raquel Orejas of Payhawk

We're glad to hear that you find Payhawk user-friendly and intuitive. We understand the challenges with currency conversion and will definitely take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

"Effortless Expense Management with Stellar Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Payhawk?

I find Payhawk easy to use and intuitive. The great customer support is another highlight, especially with the chat feature, which is the best way for me to communicate as it offers live interaction, but also the flexibility to leave and return as needed. Payhawk facilitates employee access to company funds while traveling and processes expenses directly in our ERP system. I also appreciate that once you get to know the platform, it allows for customization to meet our specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payhawk?

We have not been able to draw funds directly from Payhawk to top up our account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Platform with Reactive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Payhawk?

I use Payhawk for cards and bills. It's very intuitive and easy to use. I can connect easily with our ERP, Business Central, and manage bills and users with cards in one system. The support is very reactive. One time when we sent funds into our virtual wallet and needed money right away, support did a speed up for us. The initial setup was very easy and fast, and Charley is the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payhawk?

I'd like to see more personalised things per employee, like a default dimension for each employee. I'd also like to be able to set up categories. Also we are really waiting for to use Payhawk on Middle East as we have entities on ME too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
