I appreciate Payhawk as the easiest way to pay company expenses related to trips. I like that our drivers don't have to use cashes anymore. We can manage all functions so drivers cannot use it for their own needs.

Our drivers always have problems with connection and some of them do not understand how to use it.

Payhawk makes it easy to pay company expenses related to trips, so our drivers don't need to use cash. We can also manage all functions to ensure drivers use it appropriately.

**What do you like best about Payhawk?**

I have found Payhawk to be a preferable option compared to my previous experience with Pleo, largely due to its ease of use. When I set it up, the process was straightforward and hassle-free, which left a very positive impression. The software effectively manages employee and supplier expenses, making these tasks more efficient for me. The ability to handle reimbursements is another standout feature that I find quite useful. I appreciate that the integration possibility with tools like Holded seems promising, even though I haven't fully explored it yet. The customer support has been commendable; in particular, an issue I had was efficiently resolved by a representative named Damyan. The fact that it is easy to integrate with other systems adds to its attractiveness, and overall, as a user-friendly tool, Payhawk enhances my workflow.

Some difficulty to be certain about internacional accounts reimbursements.

**What do you like best about Payhawk?**

As an administrator on Payhawk, the platform allows me to centralize the management of corporate expenses securely and efficiently. I can control budgets, approve payments, issue physical and virtual cards, and automate accounting reconciliation. The interface is intuitive and the support is fast, which facilitates implementation throughout the company.

**What do you dislike about Payhawk?**

Its biggest disadvantage is the management of team card expenses, as it does not have a departmental card that allows for staff rotation within a department without the hassle of having to change the card number on each of the linked platforms. I think it would be a good service and would add a plus to the platform.

Payhawk solves the lack of expense control, manual processes, accounting errors, card management, regulatory compliance, and cash flow optimization through automation, visibility, and centralized real-time control.

I find it very easy to issue cards for employees, manage spending limits, leverage custom fields, and use their API.

I have missed the custom fields in the users.

Having several companies within the group, having an individual panel for each one makes it easier for us to locate and manage expenses when sending them to the ERP. Additionally, virtual cards allow us to easily control who makes the expenses, where, and how, thus avoiding the need to manage tickets or invoices manually.

**What do you like best about Payhawk?**

I greatly appreciate the user-friendliness of Payhawk. It's nice that we no longer have loose receipts or processing backlogs, which ensures an up-to-date expense overview of our employees. Although we are still relatively early in our use, I find the export function very promising and it is appreciated by us during the initial setup phase. I found the initial installation of Payhawk very simple and seamless. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the experience, which is why I give Payhawk a recommendation score of 8 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Payhawk?**

So far, we have experienced a high turnover of our success managers, which means communication does not always go smoothly. This could perhaps be improved.

Payhawk solves the problem of loose receipts and backlogs, and provides us with an up-to-date overview of employee expenses.

I like to have Payhawk on my cellphone because it is very intuitive and easy to use.

The paywawk could give you a notice that the money is plafond finishing.

It is more direct to send the company the travel expenses to the company. 
It is easier to add all the expenses.

**What do you like best about Payhawk?**

Payhawk is a very intuitive system to use. 
Easy to process and approve expenses / invoices inline with company DOA and integrates seamlessly with NetSuite.

I had some bug issues with the platform, however the support team were really responsive, and as soon as the issue was understood it was escalated, the engineering team arranged a call to better understand the issue and try to resolve.  It wasn't possible to fix during the call but the next day the issue was fixed. The support service was outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Payhawk?**

As we don't integrate with our bank - you have to manually mark invoices as paid.
Also Credit Cards are not yet available in my region - Australia.

Speed to add invoices and its AI features. Also aligned to a global DOA & COA is a great time saver.

It allows me to have complete, real-time control over the expenses incurred by my company's employees.
Not only does it work with a physical card, but it can also be linked to mobile phones.
Being able to upload invoices digitally and link them to the different suppliers we work with allows us to control expenses from the administration department.
Another point we valued was having support that would help us quickly and efficiently, and we have had that thanks to them.

We have been working with them and so far we have not had any problems with them.

Keeping track of all my employees' expenses in a single application, as well as ensuring that they upload invoices for all their expenses.

I like using Payhawk as a business credit card because it's a good credit card and has a great app. I appreciate that it's accepted everywhere and the app itself is a highlight for me. The multi-factor authentication adds another layer of security, which I find valuable. Having online access is also crucial, and the initial setup was easy. Overall, I would definitely recommend Payhawk.

The simplicity of use really stands out. Everything is straightforward, and our employees were able to adopt it very easily, even before we provided any training.

**What do you dislike about Payhawk?**

To be honest, there isn't much to mention. There are a few limitations regarding ERP integration in certain areas, and some features are initially released at the entity level rather than for the entire group. However, these issues are not particularly significant.

The integration with NetSuite is excellent, and it works well with Egencia too, which is helpful since we receive many invoices from them. Having all our information consolidated in one place is extremely convenient. The platform is highly customizable, allowing us to tailor any process to fit the needs of each of our subsidiaries.

I like how Payhawk is very much automated and does most of the work for me. Once I build the account associations, the system manages the rest, which saves me from having to manually allocate. With a little guidance, it was fairly easy to set up.

We want to have other applications connect to Payhawk so just learning now but more info or demos on how to connect common applications would be helpful.

**What do you like best about Payhawk?**

I appreciate how easy and straightforward it was to set up PayHawk. Within five to ten minutes of installing the mobile application, I was able to use my card to process vouchers, which is incredibly efficient. The mobile application stands out as being particularly user-friendly, which makes the functionality easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Payhawk?**

I had a problem with my phone number, and there wasn't a recovery option available in the application. Unlike other applications, such as Facebook, which provide alternative recovery options when you don't have access to your phone number, PayHawk lacks this feature. It would be helpful to have options like email or security questions for account recovery in cases where the phone number is inaccessible.

**What problems is Payhawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PayHawk solves the problem of processing vouchers for a UK-based company while I'm in the Philippines, providing a UK-based card for seamless overseas transactions.

Using Payhawk is extremely user friendly built in with sophisticated technology. I love the way how it simplifies the process when submitting expenses whilst also capturing key information that is required. The customer support function is also easily accessible whenever and if needed to help resolve any issues any users have. I utilise Payhawk daily when processing invoices from external suppliers and transactions submitted via my Payhawk Credit Card and can not praise Payhawk enough. It rarely goes offline.

**What do you dislike about Payhawk?**

Occasionally Payhawk will delete an action already entered when when adding an expense but is an easy fix by just re-adding the note on the entry.

Payhawk has made it easy for me to submit payments and invoices for payments and reimbursements. It is very easy to navigate and reduces admin time from our perspective.

I like the design of Payhawk, which I find intuitive. This greatly facilitates the handling of the software, especially when managing corporate expenses and automatic accounting in the ERP. A well-thought-out and intuitive design saves me time and effort, allowing me to focus on more critical activities of my work.

**What do you dislike about Payhawk?**

I don't like the automation of unnecessary values and I believe that the artificial intelligence and OCR capabilities of Payhawk need improvements. For example, the AI is unable to correctly interpret the currency of expenses; it often incorrectly interprets the Australian dollar symbol as the US dollar, leading to incorrect interpretations of expenses.

I really like that Payhawk is easy, fast, and reliable. It made the initial setup incredibly easy for me. I received support on two card transactions within minutes, providing me with full details and instructions. This level of quick and detailed support is something I value highly.

I think the currency exchange feature should be made available in Payhawk. If it were available, we could do foreign exchange within the system.

**What do you like best about Payhawk?**

What I like best about Payhawk is how it strikes the perfect balance between robust functionality and a genuinely user-friendly experience. From the very beginning, the implementation process was smooth and surprisingly quick our finance team and even non-finance users were able to adopt it with minimal onboarding.

We use Payhawk extensively across departments for issuing company cards, submitting and approving expenses, and reconciling monthly spend. Features like real-time expense tracking, receipt capture via mobile, and automated policy enforcement have significantly reduced our manual workload and improved accuracy.

One of the biggest wins for us was the integration with Xero it only took a few minutes to connect, and everything has synced perfectly since then. It saves us hours during month-end close. Also, having both virtual and physical cards with customizable limits has really improved control over team budgets.

The interface feels modern and clean, with no unnecessary clutter, which makes it easy for even non-finance folks to use confidently. And whenever we’ve had a question, the customer support team has been proactive and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference.

Overall, Payhawk has helped us create a structured, efficient, and transparent spend process across the company without making it feel like a burden on the team.

**What do you dislike about Payhawk?**

There’s honestly very little to dislike about Payhawk, but if I had to highlight something, it would be the mobile app experience, which while functional can feel slightly limited compared to the desktop version. For example, reviewing older transactions, accessing detailed spend history, or switching between multiple company accounts is a bit more cumbersome on mobile.

Additionally, while the platform is packed with great features, some of the admin settings and workflow configurations could benefit from clearer explanations or tooltips especially for new admins setting things up for the first time. It took us a bit of trial and error to figure out certain approval rules and card restrictions.

That said, I have to give credit where it’s due the Payhawk support team is genuinely responsive and helpful. Any time we’ve hit a snag or weren’t sure how to proceed, they’ve jumped on a call or shared documentation right away, which makes these small issues easy to overcome.

**What problems is Payhawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Payhawk, we were relying on a mix of shared corporate cards, spreadsheets, and manual receipt chasing to track company expenses which often led to delayed reconciliations, missing receipts, and very little visibility into real-time spend.

Payhawk has completely transformed that process for us. By issuing individual company cards (both virtual and physical), we’ve been able to give teams autonomy over their budgets while still maintaining full visibility and control. Their spend policies, receipt capture, and real-time approval workflows have helped us enforce compliance without slowing anyone down.

We also no longer have to wait until month-end to understand spend patterns—thanks to the real-time dashboards, we can make informed decisions on the go. And with the Xero integration, syncing transactions and reconciling them is almost automatic, saving hours of manual work each week for our finance team.

In short, Payhawk is solving our biggest operational pain points around expense tracking, compliance, and reconciliation, and the time and effort it’s saved has made it a key part of our finance stack.

**What do you like best about Payhawk?**

I love how intuitive Payhawk is to use. It's very easy to issue new cards, amend limits, setup new employees. Most administration tasks take a few minutes max, new cards can be issued in very easily.  Employees are also happier with how the system works compared to traditional corporate cards and ease of uploading receipts and invoices.

Payhawk has also seamlessly integrated with our financial system enabling straightforward reconciliations.  The development roadmap which includes a 'Financial controller agent' which will make chasing receipts and uploading receipts easier looks a like a great feature which we are looking forward to being live.

At the moment I have no major gripes with Payhawk.

Altohugh payhawk is a very usefull tool , sometimes has a few bugs that disrupt the everyday useage. 2 examples that recently caused problems are:
1) The card didn't go through 
2) The spit feature in expenses has a bug that doesn't recognise the correct amounts.

Multi-currency management is quite archaic. Opening my USD account took more than a week and I can't transfer my euros to dollars directly from Payhawk. It would be nice to be able to pay bills in dollars directly from my euro account. This would also be advantageous for Payhawk, which would profit from the exchange rate.

Automatic invoice management is very efficient thanks to email scanning and AI that fills in the fields. The bank cards work very well and it is pleasant to have all the information centralized, especially with the possibility for employees to take photos of receipts. I’ve been using Payhawk for quite some time now, and I can genuinely say I’ve become a big fan of the system.

Before Payhawk, we were using another AP solution, but shifting to Payhawk has made a world of difference for us. The platform is intuitive, efficient, and incredibly user-friendly. Implementation was also refreshingly straightforward, and we were able to get up and running with minimal disruption to our workflows.

One of the standout features for me is how easy it is to create corporate cards, virtual or physical, with just a few clicks. You can assign permissions, adjust spending limits, and monitor usage in real time with incredible ease. We use Payhawk on a daily basis, and it has quickly become a core part of our finance operations.

To be honest, we didn’t have high expectations when we started looking for a new expense management solution. We had been using Kloo previously and faced quite a few challenges with the app, so our motivation to try something new was pretty low. However, we eventually came across Payhawk, and after hearing some positive reviews, Avado’s senior leadership team decided to give it a shot.

Right from our very first call with the Payhawk product team, we were impressed. It genuinely felt like many of our existing issues were already being addressed even before we started the actual implementation. Once we began using the platform, I was genuinely amazed by how intuitive and user-friendly it is.

The filtering system, the ease of categorizing expenses, the speed of payments, and the simplicity of setting up workflows—everything is just so well thought out and efficient. One of my favorite features is how it handles missing receipts: instead of manually chasing people, you can just leave a note under the expense, and it automatically notifies the cardholder.

Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience so far—Payhawk is miles ahead of the tool we were using before. Truly a game changer for our finance processes.

Honestly there's not to be disliked, since it covers all the aspects that we need to manage our expenses as of now.

One of the biggest advantages we've seen with Payhawk is how seamlessly it integrates with our financial system. Previously, we had to manually input expenses into our finance software, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. Now, once an expense is approved in Payhawk, it’s automatically recorded in our financial system—saving us both time and effort.

When it comes to invoice payments, the automation continues. We no longer need to manually mark invoices as paid. Once a payment is made through Payhawk, it’s automatically matched and applied to the correct invoice in our system.

The expense categorisation feature has also been incredibly helpful. It not only simplifies reporting but also enables us to send reminders or notes for unapproved costs directly to the approvers—no need for back-and-forth emails.

And the ability to generate statements from Payhawk has made it much easier to reconcile balances between our financial system and Payhawk itself. It’s really streamlined a lot of our financial operations.

The most helpful thing is that we have everything invoice related in one software. From approvals, payments to exports for accountings, it helps a lot. Everything is there and we don't need to go searching through mails to see if we can pay something. It is also very easy to submit an invoice. Customer support is quick and helps us when there is a problem. I use Payhawk on a daily for 9 months now so I have had a lot of experience with changes and updates.

There are still some bugs from Payhawks side, with AI that sometimes reads invoices wrong, or when it stops working and gives errors when there is a lot of us inside the program at the same time, but the problems are minimal when you look at all of the benefits.

We have benefited from having everything that our treasury department needs in one program. We can submit invoices, pay invoices, download payment confirmations, externally export invoices for further billings to our clients, we can send invoices to accountings with service periods needed for booking.

Payhawk has solved a major pain point for us: manual and delayed reimbursements. Before using Payhawk, our team struggled with slow, error-prone processes for reimbursing employees, often involving spreadsheets, emails, and long approval chains.

Now, with Payhawk, the reimbursement process is fully streamlined and automated. Employees can easily submit expenses through the app, and managers can approve them in just a few clicks. This has drastically reduced reimbursement turnaround times and improved employee satisfaction.

It's also helped our finance team maintain accurate records and close books faster, since all reimbursement data is centralized and easy to track. Overall, it's taken a frustrating process and made it simple, transparent, and efficient.

With Payhawk, we have automated the review and approval process for expenses. Additionally, we no longer require a separate platform to handle invoices that are not paid through the expense management system, as Payhawk covers this need as well.

**What do you like best about Payhawk?**

Payhawk has a lot of great features which include being able to set limits on cards, being able to create policies and assigning these to cards and my absolute favourite - automatic blocking of cards if receipts are not uploaded in a reasonable time. It was very easy to set up Payhawk, we had a quick call with a support manager who helped me then implement specific workflows according to our company use. We use Payhawk every single day and compared to our previous software, it means we spend a lot less time chasing up missing information. It is very easy to integrate with other systems.

**What do you dislike about Payhawk?**

I would like the option to send users messages through the app, such as a reminder to add receipts. Currently the only option to do this is by leaving a comment on a purchase which is sometimes not seen and so to chase users up for missing information I need to send them direct emails.

**What problems is Payhawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our number one problem is our users not submitting their receipts. The previous software we used would let us prompt a reminder but apart from manually blocking cards there was not much we could do. This would unfortunately sometimes cause some upset with colleagues. Payhawk allows us to bypass all these issues by allowing us to set an automatic block for users who have a certain number of missing receipts after a certain number of days. We currently have this set to 3 receipts over 7 days. Upon issuing cards to new users we let them know the rules and inform them of the automatic blocking system which has really prevented users from missing their information as they do not want their card blocked. As it is an automated system we do not need to worry about keeping a track of this manually or personally causing offence to anyone when manually blocking cards.
