Another feature that sold the software to me was the amount of control over usage and the ability to add personalised rules and budgets to each card holder. This makes it easier to run the business smoothly by limiting junior members of staffs usage, whilst allowing a higher spending limit for senior management. The customer support is very good as there is a live chat function where you can easily get help without having to sit on the phone for ages. Payhawk solves this problem by allowing us to add spendature limits on cards for each employee - blocking them from spending any higher. Another issue we had was employees not adding their receipts, which was causing VAT claim issues, however we can again limit the amount of no receipt expenses before the employees card is blocked - thus encouraging them to add receipts immediately. ### 49.
