The general experience. Whether your claim gets approved is 50/50. Often you'll have a claim denied and if you resubmit it they'll approve it. These are simple claims. You could submit similar expenses and one month you get approved and another you get denied. It's almost like the employees enjoy the power trip of denying claims and holding people's money hostage. I've submitted claims 3-5 times and had to reach out to support to tell them what the claims were. Terrible system and useless support.
