The upsides includes;
it is a web based system and therefore easy to access.
it is fairly straight forward to use once you complete the onboarding process
Issues and queries are responded to quickly and most times these are resolved
Payfit's integration with other platforms makes it good.
Good information are available in their help centre or help articles.
Interactive Payslip is good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downsides are;
Customer has to customise their payroll journals, which can be tedious and time consuming.
The payroll journals never balance, due to missing payments , deductions and duplication of expenses/deductions.
Payfit now separates annual leave pay from basic salary which makes month end calculations longer to process within our ERP system.
The P11D form generated by Payfit is basic and the employee information doesn't align with fields/boxes provided on the form.
Some updates are rolled out without informing users, which causes errors for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
