Paycom has lots of great features which you can pick and choose to utilize. We have been able to customize our HRIS to include components we need and not pay for segments we don't need. Our sales rep Luke Aubrey is the best kind of salesperson - he understands our business, is very knowledgable about the products they offer but is never pushy or aggressive.
