What do you like best about Paycom?

One thing I like is the fact that you can get help immediately with any problem or question you may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

At the moment, I can't think of anything I dislike about it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

The only problem we have is that we can't separate the pay when they work at two separate locations. But this is due to the fact that we do not use the time and attendance because due to our restaurant POS system we have to clock in using it to get the reports we need. What do you like best about Paycom?

I like being able to check my leave balances and paystubs without having to make appointments to meet with HR. I also like the option to preview changes through hypothetical paycheck deductions before making changes to my deductions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

I found some of the election options to be confusing, but my institution was easily able to change the wording within Paycom to provide clarity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paycom provides me the flexibility to check my HR information anytime without contacting the HR department and waiting for a response, especially during non-working hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

I liked that Paycom was user-friendly, but they also charged for that convenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The cost is always a major factor with a smaller company. This was the main reason that we switched to a less expensive company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

Its user friendly, easy to navigate and the customer service is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

Their COBRA administration could be better and the expense management. Maybe they have made updates from our last time with them but we are not using those items now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paycom is our HRIS product. Beti, their live payroll solution, makes their processing so much easier for HR, the management team and employees. Their app is easy to use and the Manager on the Go features free up time for our managers to be in trade supporting their sales teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

I love their customer service. I always get help promptly. I also love the Beti feature. The employee check approvals are counterintuitive for a payroll person, but they drastically reduce your off cycle payrolls due to mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
