Our implementation team of Gillan and Nahjee was awesome. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and answered questions quickly and fully. Training was swift but thorough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A complete (estimated) Cash Requirements report is not available until after submitting payroll. Other payroll services I use provide that report during the review stage, which is both helpful and beneficial. They are providing a service at a rate slightly reduced from other services I have used, but because of that reduced rate all the services my other providers have as a "bundled" package must be paid for "a la carte" or outsourced to another company, which actually now exceeds the costs of the other companies for some services. Paycom's website allows all our important data to be in one place. Their dashboard makes it incredibly easy to access old pay stubs, compare my annual earnings/payroll and manage my PTO. I dislike the applicant tracking system. I find it takes much too long to post a job and find quick candidates. The Paycom Applicant Tracker can take 2 weeks to start getting candidates where there are instant results with other recruiting applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have different HR team members, including payroll, HR administration, and talent acquisition, to manage approximately 200 employees with different state locations.
