Once an employee is trained on how to get around in Paycom, they seldom have any problems with it. When they do, it is easy for Administrators to assist them and explain or show them how to fix their issues. There are so many updates to the system and the way different things work that it is sometimes difficult for smaller businesses to keep up with the changes. There weren't a lot of downsides to using PayCom. It functions as it should. I wish it would still provide access to old documents to former staff, such as the employee handbook that they digitally sign through PayComm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
