What do you like best about Paycom?

Over the years Paycom has been helpful in organizing and maintaining HR records. Our company is geographically diverse and having a centralized electronic hub to manage personnel files has been a lifesaver for us 10x over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

I wish they had an HR legal advice department! It is really the only piece of HR not streamlined into their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paycom has helped us over the last decade conquer ACA and EEOC compliance and assisted us in launching benefits for our employees. Paycom's infrastructure allowed us to keep our essential businesses open during the pandemic, and manage our Covid response tracking to comply with local and state requirements (where necessary). Paperless self-onboarding and Ask Here proved to be critical, "ahead of it's time" tools in managing employee turnover and retention during the pandemic as well. What do you like best about Paycom?

We switched to Paycom five years ago and have never regretted it. It provides paperless onboarding and benefit enrollment as well as an easy, accurate way to process our payroll. We also utilize their applicant tracking and performance management modules. Having everything in one system has been a huge time saver for HR! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

No negatives to share other than the fact that the outside company I use for criminal background checks has slightly better rates than Paycom offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paycom has allowed us to be completely paperless! No more dreaded paper files to maintain. This was huge during COVID when we had to guickly move to working fully remote. New hires frequently compliment us on the ease of getting onboarded prior to their start date. The automated file feeds between Paycom and our benefit providers have made a huge difference in the amount of time required to manage benefits and open enrollment. What do you dislike about Paycom?

We had a poor implementation, our integrations break regularly, and they don't support their product well. We are constantly told about 'system errors'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

I like that Paycom can handle multiple businesses with hundreds of employees without missing a beat. By allowing employees access to their payroll information, we have decreased the time it takes to process payroll ,and we have fewer mistakes to correct afterward.
